WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. We ordered $60 worth of pizza at 3pm today. We still hadn?t received our delivery by 5pm. (Mind you we... are only 6mins from the location.) at this point the tracker showed that our order had been delivered. We had been watching forthem and looked everywhere and nothing had been delivered. I tried to call twice and just got stuck in an endless loop of holdadvertisements so my husband decided to go to the location. When he got there he was completely ignored before he finallyknocked on the glass to get the guys attention who was standing right there and had seen him come in. My husband told him theissue and asked why our pizza hadn?t been delivered but the tracker had said it had been. They guy said he didn?t know. Then myhusband asked where our food was. All our food was stacked on the counter so without a word the guy gave my husband our food.Refused to give him a refund for the delivery fee and tip that we paid so my husband could go pick up our COLD pizza 2 hours and20 mins after we ordered. We will be changing back our order with our credit card company and will never order from them again. Read more

Terrible service! Order was Late, Wrong, and Cold. The manager lied and said they had to remake it and it would be here... directly. Arrived 10 minutes later cold. The app said it was delivered an hour earlier. When I called back to get my missingitems and complain about my cold pizza I waited on hold for 40 minutes. Filed a claim with dominos who offered me a 20% discountor a free pizza on my next order. The manager flat out lied to me when she said they remade the order and then wouldn?t answerthe phone. Worst experience ever! Ordered one pizza at 12:30pm ( supposed to have it in 30-45 min), I get a notification was delivered at... my address at 3pm!! Nobody called me where I requested, I tried to call the store 4 times, I stayed on the phone untill I getto the store ( nobody pick up my call and I was on waiting!!)where I asked why nobody pick up the call, they not even answer. Itold them my Order shows it was deliver but I never received! I that time I was called by the delivery lady ( 45 min pass 3pm)asking me to go outside coz she's there. Are you kidding me? 2h and 45 min waiting for a pizza? Me as a pregnant woman to get tothe store, then been called the pizza is there and on top of that when I get the pizza was not hot ( was warm almost cold) andthe explanation was the mess up the order and the lady had to go back to wait to pick up my real order . Pizza for lunch, that?s what I had today, went to this location in Hallandale Beach for convenience and it paid off, placed the... order fast, the cashier explained how the special of the day works making easy for me to order. I was told it might take up to20 minutes for the pizza to be ready, in les than 15 I was coming out with my order hot out of the oven, pizza was well cooked ad the ingredients were fresh. Never order from them! They write that the order will be in 20 minutes. And then they say that after 5 hours. If the order is... closed, the money will be returned after 24 hours. You see, they don't have a driver. Why do they take money if there is nodriver for delivery. I bought from them every week. I endured all their mistakes, this is not the first time I was deceivedthere, this is constant! Never again, never, never! Deceivers! Read more
Tried calling last night and was on the answering system almost 15 minutes without anyone answering the phone. Tried calling a... couple more times. Finally someone answered and it sounded like they were in a car. The delivery times were over 2 hours!!! Didnot place an order with them and went with pizza hut who I do not like as much. Do not call this location for delivery. Pick upwould be much much fsster - if you are able to get through on the phone. Read more
This Store needs help. I'm not even mad. This store isn't functional. If the pizza is going to take a while that's fine, but... instead, the store tells me it's ready and now i'm stuck in your parking lot wondering if anyone is ever going to come out.Waited half an hour for my Carside delivery until I had about enough. i'll cut my losses and grab something else to eat. Thisstore needs new leadership. Go to the one on Sheridan st instead. Read more
