The bagels are absolute gems - 100% Brooklyn style. The service is the opposite. Every time I go in to the place to get my... coffee and buttered poppy bagel, I see 5 or 6 people ?working? in the place, yet only one individual is taking care of thecounter. Don?t give me me the BS that you are understaffed - you simply have no clue on how to staff your establishment in theright places. And speaking of the coffee. They brew it then put it in warning pots. Problem is that by the time i get my coffeeit?s luke warm. Disgusting. I?m truly tired of waiting on average of 15 minutes to get my bagel and coffee. They?re kosher, sothere?s really no (good bagels) alternative. That?s why the word service is not in their vocabulary. Pretty standard for allkosher establishment in the area - prices are outrageous, service absolutely sucks, and management cries about non-existentissues. Read more

On a Sunday morning, I had to wait 40 minutes, - not counting the wait time for the line, - for two bagels with cream cheese.... You have to stay somewhere around the register for your name to be called out.\nThe owners should invest in beepers or a numberorder screen when the food is ready, so the patrons could sit with their families and wait at the tables.\nTo me, it wasunderstaffed.\nThe bagels were great. Came in for breakfast. It took half hour for the cashier to punch in the order as she was clearly doing us a favor. My husband... didn?t get the onions in his bagel. I didn?t get the home fries. We only ordered 3 things. When trying to address the missingitem, instead of solving the problem (their problem), the manager showed the worst attitude and even aggression! Go figure?! Rudest customer service and manager ever! Completely unprofessional, avoid this place!!! The picture of my order below is howthey served lox. Who serves lox on a piece of styrofoam packaging it came from? Have you heard of using a plate? So so sad.
