Ordered a Hawaiian pizza, it was terrible, the pine apple was so bitter that it made the pizza taste horrible. I tried to call... the manager and they kept disconnecting me. I order around 9pm and never got my pizza! They never once called or anything wouldnt even answer the phone. Atleast have the... decency to call me and let me know so me & my family aren?t sitting here all night waiting to eat dinner! Ridiculous. Neverordering from here again. This this Pizza Hut is horrible. They delivered me and uncooked pizza and I spent my last money for my kids. And then when I... called the location the manager is extremely rude unprofessional did not even get on the phone and relayed the message throughanother employee which did not help me at all. She refused to even come get the uncooked pizza and get me a new one. Now me andmy children are hungry and I don't know what to do I also do not have a ride to get my pizza fixed because I ordered deliverybut they still will not come back and customer service line is horrible they do not even handle the situation right away theysaid in 2 days which clearly is not going to resolve this problem. I am currently at this location speaking with law enforcement due to the employees and management. I placed my order at 10:55... pm, my order was supposed to be ready at 11:19 pm via curbside. When I got there several employees entered the building, Iassumed that employees would at least come out and ask about my order. Nope no one showed up, I called and the representativesaid they were open and that they should have received my order. I walked to the door and ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES waved me away,they didn't ask for my order information, didn't give an explanation or anything. I asked for my refund and they turned theirheads and waved me away again. When the police showed up they gave them an excuse that their location didn't get it and thatthey close at 11. Which is not what the representative said, he said they were supposed to be open until 12. They also told thepolice officer that I didn't place an order. The officer aslo confirmed that wasn't true because they saw the confirmation emailsent from Pizza Hut to my email. I have been a patron to this location several times, and every now and then I encounterquestionable racial treatment, however I have noticed, when a fluent Spanish speaking person enters they are happy and cheerful.I highly encourage this location to have a refresher training on customer service. I am very disappointed. I ordered from this store today and my 5 year old found a piece of hard sharp plastic as she was eating... her pasta. I do not recommend ordering from this place. We could have ended at ER if my daughter would have had a couple morebites. Read more
Not only were they fast but the Pizza we ordered was perfect! Thank you for being close to perfect! We appreciate you, Pizza... Hut!!
