I had wing stop for the first time in 2019. I said I would never go again. It?s now 2022 I plan a movie night with the kids, and... unfortunately wing stop is the closest wing restaurant. I pick up my order it smelled like French fries and old grease in thecar. I was thinking it and didn?t say anything. My kids yell out why does our order smell like old french fries instead ofchicken. I order the Mangohabenaro,Louisiana rub and Hawaiian flavor. I was excited the try the different flavors. I did nottaste any of the flavors. I had to Use the Tostitos cheese sauce I had with my nachos to taste anything. I won?t be going backto wing stop again. Even if I was offered a free meal. The worst customer service I?ve ever received. Management and front of house staff are the worst in the business. It took the... cooks to come from the back for me to receive ok service. It was a last minute decision to stop here at Wingstop and buy lunch, it was a good one too. I asked for Lemon Pepper and Hot,... the flavor was awesome and the wings were perfectly fried, enjoyed my lunch a lot. I have ordered from this place numerous times and majority of the time it has been great. Tonight?s order was a complete... mess. We ordered online and when the order got to us, it was wrong. I contacted our delivery driver thinking maybe she forgot abag and she let me know that she gave me the bags that were given to her. (The bags were still sealed). I attempt to call thestore and when they finally answered after numerous calls. ?Nate? answered and said ?we are busy order online? then put me onhold. I waited a few minutes and then hung up and called them again. Same thing happened. I tried numerous times and it went totheir answering machine. He (Nate) answers ?do you not know how to order online. We are busy? I tell him I?m not trying to orderand that my order was wrong. He goes ?call DoorDash I ain?t giving you free food? (all I wanted was the sandwiches that we paidfor or a refund for the sandwiches) he then goes ?we didn?t mess it up. DoorDash ate yo food? then he hung up. Today was my first time visiting Wingstop because I wanted to try you guys boneless thighs and the cashiers Maria and Nathaniel... were very helpful To me while placing my order and even after that. Great customer service. I placed my order online. The only inconvenience was that I couldn?t pay online so I had to pay inside... the store. However when I arrived my food was ready and well packed. The chicken wings tasted great and the carrots were fresh.For the extra I received a generous portion of carrots. The total of my order was less than $27. (extra carrots and extra ranchsauce). They do have many combo options that includes a drinks and a side order but none of them have bone wings and we preferthem over the boneless wings. The store was clean upon my visit and there was plenty of parking inside the plaza. Read more
Anisha has to be the most unprofessional, unskilled, unlikable and useless "manager" to ever be employed. To hang up on a... customer thrice and refuse to make things right on an order that was paid for in full but unfulfilled demonstrates how much of aclueless and incompetent "manager" you are.
