Traveled over 2 hrs to meet a friend for a lunch visit in their dining room area. We had a wonderful time. Our server CJ was... spot on. Super friendly and prompt. She went out of her way to make a special chocolate cake and ice cream dessert for myfriend's daughter! The cook assisted with serving our meal and made sure we were happy with our food. Food was good for theprice point (I come from a food service background and have 2 restaurant owners in my family). Impressed with the fresh tossedsalad. Great food and wonderful service! Well worth a visit! This was an OLD opinion of mine!! In the past month, I have tried to... dine there 3 times and I will not try again!! 2 times they weren't open on their advertised hours with a note on their door andthe last time we called at 7:10 to check, just to be sure!! We were assured they were open till 8. When we arrived at 7:40the open sign was lit, we walked in and the waitress just said curtly that they weren't serving and walked away. I told herthis was our last attempt and that we would not be back! A shame that this sassy blonde is destroying what was once a goodplace!! But, you know what? This is now my husband's and I third really BAD experience with the cook at night. My husband and I had the Prime rib, he... ordered his rare, mine medium, my prime rib was a med well but still good. As for my husband's, it came out well done, no red oreven pink so we ( our family) convinced him to send it back, so he did. He only to two small bites out of it. The waitress saidthat there wasn't any more rare prime rib so he ordered a Delmonico rare. Well he got a complete raw steak with grill marks. NOGOOD!!? A REAL COOK WOULD HAVE TOLD THE WAITRESS THAT THEY WERE OUT OF RARE PRIME RIB FROM THE START!!! This would have changedthe whole experience, my husband would have been just fine with the TRUTH and ordered the Delmonico and then Maybe the Cookwouldn't have a revengeful attitude and save the waitress from running back and forth because of his arrogance. The waitress didan amazing job like she always does. And received a nice tip because I was in the food and beverage business for around 30 yearsand I know it was not her fault. Like I said this is the third time we have dealt with that kind of treatment from the cook,last time we were there we got raw lobster and overcooked steak. We will not be back!! Read more
Started with the Philly Cheesesteak Flatbread. That was Delicious.. I got the Ahi Tuna with fresh cut fries and side salad. ... Tuna was very good. Fries some were crispy and some were mushy but were hot. Salad was fresh and very good but came after theentree. My wife had the petite prime rib with a baked potato and green beans. Prime rib was huge with a thick au just sauce ontop and very tasty. Baked potato was ok. The green beans were mushy and tasteless. My wife found out they have dessert that Icouldn't find on the menu. We had a brownie with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup and Carmel syrup. Place was clean andstaff was friendly. Read more
