Me and My Girlfriend placed an order through the mobile app, and there is no option for a grilled chicken sub. Even though... though they still sell grilled chicken when you order inside. So I had placed an order for a Buffalo chicken sub without Buffaloor the ranch, and I had received my sandwich with both on there. Went in to order and two employees were cleaning. They said hello and continued to clean. We waited 3 minutes and the gentleman... behind the counter continued pulling racks out of the oven and not stopping to serve us. Very disappointing! Read more

They say new and improved subs but it's actually smaller and more expensive. This is my last trip to this chain. The grocery... store in this plaza makes subs 3x the size for a few dollars cheaper. I got more onions then meat on my sandwich. Read more

Ordered through the app. Staff was great ordered for curbside pickup. Only issue is they were out of ham and had to change the... one order. They called to let me know that the issue and suggested a substitution. Read more

There were 2 girls working there when I went. Both lacking in customer service because we had to wait 15 minutes to even get one... of them to acknowledge us. When they did they said the online orders have priority and they needed to make online orders first.So we waited. While we were waiting they kept taking online orders and putting them ahead of us! Patrons who were in thephysical establishment. I spoke to others who had been there and apparently this is not an uncommon occurrence. Steer clear ofthis subway location or I guess order online. Because if you go in person you might as well not even be there. Read more
