There were 2 girls working there when I went. Both lacking in customer service because we had to wait 15 minutes to even get one... of them to acknowledge us. When they did they said the online orders have priority and they needed to make online orders first.So we waited. While we were waiting they kept taking online orders and putting them ahead of us! Patrons who were in thephysical establishment. I spoke to others who had been there and apparently this is not an uncommon occurrence. Steer clear ofthis subway location or I guess order online. Me and My Girlfriend placed an order through the mobile app, and there is no option for a grilled chicken sub. Even though... though they still sell grilled chicken when you order inside. So I had placed an order for a Buffalo chicken sub without Buffaloor the ranch, and I had received my sandwich with both on there.
