I don't go to Whataburger in Hallsville that much anymore. As a matter of fact I haven't been in a few years but my sister... brought me home dinner tonight. Jr Whataburher w/cheese no onions meal med sprit. Like the times before my food was cold andwrong. I got no cheese, enough lettuce to feed a rabbit for a week, my bun was hard and fries cold and over salted. With fewrestaurants here you would think they would take pride in themselves. I don't know how my sisters meal was but im hoping betterthan mine. So I give you 1 star and ill be eating anywhere else Thank you for your time Read more
Went Sunday after church. No other customers in the store yet. Got the order wrong. Slow service, hard cold hamburgers, warm... fries, warm drink with little ice. Never again. Read more
Order got discombobulated somewhat because they were training a new employee; but they received no flack from me. I understand... that things like that happen. The manager was spot on and explained it all to me. Food was great as usual. Read more
4 stars only because at 5am, the service is slow and no one has time to wait 15 minutes for a egg and sausage taquito. Besides... being slow at 5 am, the food is always consistent, fresh and taste great. The service is always great. Read more
Went in on Sunday and ordered food for my family. Got the amount I owed wrong and completely messed up on my order (I ordered 2... #2?s completely plain and dry and got everything but that?) I haven?t had this problem at any other Whataburger but THIS ONE.This isn?t the first time this has happened to me at this location, this has happened multiple time and I am completely DONEordering from this Whataburger.
