I know what your thinking, did he really eat here, the answer is yes! I just forgot to take some pictures while I was in there.... But let me tell you something if you are looking for something good to eat this is the best place in the town of Halstead. Igave it 4 stars because it's pretty much the only place in town to eat that and a subway, which might be better but we didn'tcheck it out. So 4 stars for that awesome hometown feel and decent food. It is usually pretty good. The club sandwiches are always yummy. The sandwich was fresh. I had one issue. I got a grilled... cheese and fries. I was hoping for a somewhat indulgent experience. The cheese was melted and browned but the bread was nottoasty. I am guessing it was broiled open faced, and then put together. Not how I would do it, but ok. The fries were also abit burnt. Perhaps they had been reheated in the oven. Not the best place for grilled cheese. Read more
Love the warm hometown feeling. Being from Wichita it was refreshing to have such warm caring service from the lovely lady that... helped us the day we went. My co worker and I went in for lunch amd she made us even more food than we thought. Making sure usworking boys had a good lunch. Keep up the good service guys! Read more
The young workers were more interested in closing early on a Saturday night than with their level of service. That's okay. We... won't be back. Pizza was good when it was fresh and hot. Not so much when reheated or cold. We wanted to eat at a table fairlyquickly but the young staff didn't want any of that. They quickly said carryout only. We ate outside in our vehicle instead. We drove 30 minutes to try this pizza place out, and the experience was a letdown. As soon as the last order was picked up,they locked the doors.
