Absolute rudest group. Placed mobile order. They can't find and I was told "I guess you have a problem" I showed them the... confirmed phone order. I even receipt for the order in email. "You picked the wrong store". Nope, again showed them the orderwith this store address. "I don't know". My card has already been charged. How do I get a refund? "I don't know maybe see if youcan get a refund from them (bank or cc)" Also, to mention the number of times they are closed when they are suppose to be open.It seems to just be random. Also, the number of times they have a sign up that they can't take credit cards or worse, they don;teven have a sign and you have to find cash to hand them when you get to the window. Also, they've even had times where they haveno "meat" products for sale. i.e. no burgers. The worse is they are just so rude every time they have an issue. The customer isalways a bother to them. Quick and efficient and clean. Order was taken and placed under 3 mins, and got out to us under 8 mins. Bathroom was cleaner... than most, and they weren't out if any items in drink section. All in all decent, worth 4 stars Read more
This Burger King and the one over by Burleson are probably the only two bird Kings actually do their jobs and take care of the... customer. What they display on the menu over the cashier is up to date and correct and they honor anything that is on there. Notsure if this is a franchise or privately owned but stay away from the Burger King off of Highway 26 in North Richland Hills.That place is a disaster and they treat their customers horribly. The customer service is horrible ? the manager is rude as hell-did not listen to me when I was speaking and was talking over me... and did not give me a refund when I asked for the full amount after getting charged $30 for 2 original chicken sandwiches andonion rings. I did call corporate but today is Sunday and not available but left a detailed message so we will see how theyhandle a $10 meal that was charged as $30. Read more
Julio was a joy and greeted is when we approached the place to order our dinner. My son ordered and recieved everything hot off... the grill. I ordered the $5.00 SW whopper which was amazing and it was so big i couldn't finish it. Place was located off ofBeach st in Halton city right off the highway and was well worth the extra 7 min. Great place to go. Don't bother going to theone off hwy 26. Read more
I ordered 3 of the southwest whopper meals. And a "FREE" large free (via deal on the app) they didn't give me the "free fry"... also waited awhile in drive thru and that wouldn't have been a issue (as I love my food fresh) only it was anything but freshfries, burger, and nuggets were cold had to microwave it when I got home. So I look for the receipt to call the guy didn't giveme the receipt I google the number call and phones off the hook I'll try a different location next time no good!! Read more
Here?s the whopper I was given. I think the picture speaks for itself, but it was missing most of the toppings. Fries were... undercooked/soggy. Line is too long to wait to go through again. Lobby of the store is closed. Can?t talk to the local store onthe phone. Very disappointing. Read more
