I didn't dine in or pick up food, I only asked if they would allow me to fill up my water jug full.of ice and they were gracious... enough to fill it up for me...not sure if they broke the rules, but they went out of their way to make sure I had ice...verykind employees and they didn't charge me for it...kindness matters and today they did just exactly what matters most beingkind...that too is free and I certainly appreciate it! I love Chicken E and would have given 5 stars but my order has been wrong the last 2 visits. Gave me fries instead of Cole slaw... and today gave me a family order of fries instead of the extra crispy okra I ordered. I didn't realize it till I got to theevent I was going to. When I first came to Texas I was told that this chicken place was nasty. I believe it may be a location issue, meaning some... locations are great and some locations or not. However, this location is awesome. I walked in and see how clean theyestablishment was how fast and friendly they was in. The customer service was great. I'm very big on customer service. You canmess up and order but if your customer service is on point the customer will forgive you and come back. But if your customerservice is nasty, you lose business. First time I've tried it and I loved it. I got half original and half spicy tenders with Mac and cheese. It was well priced and... fresh and crispy and hot! The service was great and they were very helpful. Only downside is that it's not closer. Read more
I'm so upset. First time I have ordered from this store. I ordered a #2 7 piece tender with a side of fries and a sweet tea.... Also ordered a family mashed potatoes and a gallon of sweet tea. The tenders were not fresh. Also taste like they were cooked inold oil. The side of fries were cold and also tasted like they were cooked in the same old oil. The mashed potatoes tasted weirdand had hard chunks in it. The gravy just tasted like flour. I only gave 2 starts because the staff were friendly. Spentnearly$19 for all of this and most will go to waste. They only way I can tolerate the horrible taste of the chicken is becauseof the serendipity. Read more
(picture is attached) Simple math is not their strong suit. I walked in and ordered a number 2 which is supposed to be 7 tenders... with a side and a large drink. I guess I should have checked the box before I left or monitored the kid behind the counter. Icame home with 4 tenders and a handful of fries. I would be ashamed if I owned this place. Take pride in everything you do inlife and please teach your employees to at least count to 10. Good Lord imagine if I would have ordered a 20 count for myfamily? Read more
The service here was extremely horrible. I ordered a #1 with fries, sweet tea and an extra roll. After getting home I see that... my fries are missing from my order so I decided to go back to the restaurant for fries that I ordered with my meal. I get thereand explained what happened and the ?manager? on duty literally refused to give me the fries that I paid for because I hadthrown my receipt away. Keep in mind this was all within a 10 minute time span of me leaving and returning to the restaurant. He wanted to argue and tell me he could not give me my fries although I paid for them just because I didn?t have the receipt. Iliterally had to argue with him for awhile and then he finally gave me my fries. I could understand if I returned to therestaurant wanting them to replace my whole meal but I only wanted them to give me the fries I paid for. Read more
