I had the most horrible experience at this location. One of the employees (young white kid) was cursing & being loud in the... kitchen area. After hearing this for a few minutes I asked to speak with the manager. I told the manager how unprofessional theemployee was being & he did absolutely NOTHING about it. At one point that same foul mouthed employee came to the front & hadthe nerve to say to me "here's a napkin for your tears" and tried handing me a napkin. This was after he kept acting Immature &very unprofessional. I asked the manager if he was going to do anything about it & he completely ignored me as if I was the onewho had a problem. I won't ever go back to that location. What a shame to the manager! I hope the owner sees this too &understands how his employees act. Read more

Really bad customer service. The place is run by kids that don?t even wear work attire. I love this place and have since I was... a kid. But this location is doing wrong. They need basic training. A manager needs to come in and turn the place upside down. I?ll be going to another location in the interim. Read more

If I could give 0 stars that is what it would be. I ordered a delivery order of 4 pizzas and 1 breadstick and I was short 1... pizza. I called the store and the person that answered the phone was not helpful at all. I called their service number forissues and after 10 minutes of waiting and me being very frustrated they only could comp me but all I wanted was the food Iordered. I then asked the rep for a confirmation email to confirm the comp and he refused and hung up on me. Obviously customerservice is not a priority for Little Ceasars. Read more

I ordered one pizza and one 20 oz Mountain Dew via the app. On my way up there, I received a notification my order is ready. I... walked in, grabbed my pizza & asked for parmesan cheese which was given to me promptly. I went to grab my drink and they hadzero Mountain Dew's stocked in the 20 oz size. In fact all they had was 5-6 Pepsi's and a few 2 liters. I asked the guy workingthe counter if this is all they had and he just shrugged his shoulders, basically saying he didn't know. So I asked , is what'sin the fridge my only choices? He just stood there again with a puzzled look on his face. Then something clicked and he asked mewhat did I order. I told him and he went to the back and brought one out and said here you go but it's not cold. Then I askedfor a refund. He said "huh"? I told him I didn't want it if it wasn't cold. He wasn't authorized to do that so he had someonecome to the front to refund me. I asked when the refund would go through and he said with it being Sunday probably tomorrow orTuesday. I said nevermind I'll just take it and walked out the door frustrated. No apologies. As soon as the door shut bothemployees started laughing. Got to my car and turned around, they were still laughing. I pre-paid for my order and received atext that it was ready. That includes the drink. Whoever prepped my order should have verified that my drink was available uponmy arrival. It's COMMON SENSE. But no, they were laughing at me and my frustration like I was the issue. I've been going to thislocation for years and have never experienced this poor level of customer service that included laughing at me where I canclearly hear and see the employees do so. The drink not being cold was frustrating but not enough to warrant a one star reviewmuch less a review at all. If there was an option for zero stars for their customer service, that would have been my firstchoice. Read more

Mobile ordered a stuffed pepperoni pizza with Buffalo wings and got a bacon pizza. Got there and it still wasn't ready. Sat in... the car for about 8 minutes both workers were on their phones. I went in and told them that I was picking up online order andthey gave it to me. I didn't check the pizza (my mistake) and when I got home to my surprise I got a bacon pizza. Going to try to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a bad day. But this particular day the service was horrible. I... ordered a regular cheese and pepperoni. They gave me two burnt Pepperonis, went to ask for my cheese and a new pepp. WATCHED thecashier put the burnt peps back in the warmer and they made me a cheese and gave me one of the same burnt pepperonis??? whatshould really gross you out is that I touched both burnt pepperonis to make sure they were burnt and not just over cookedcheese! So yeah I mean I?m not tripping over $5.55 but that?s gross , even though I?m a clean and healthy person, it?s gross?really really really gross and disrespectful! Read more

I posted a pic, a negative review from a negative experience & a rep reached out. After the fact, Chris made it right for me... when the pizza was burnt. Nonetheless, there is always a quality control issue here no matter when I come to this location. Thistime, they offered to remake which is why I gave them an extra star. First time it was burnt/smashed & round, this time it wasjust smashed. I most likely will just stick to Dominos from here on out. Read more
