the clothes the workers wear are always dirty. they r not very clean there. years ago this was one of the cleanest places there... was to eat, not anymore. if their clothes are not clean the food may not be handled correctly. it just scares me to eat at aplace thats not clean!!! Read more
Used to be a great location, and they still have a few great employees that stand out, but as of the past few months, service... has gone down. Employees look unhappy and move so slowly. This location probably owes me like $50 for all the extra sour creamwe have paid for and never received lol. Also, the employees don't ever seem to know what the Casa Choice packs are... everytime we order one, they ask what we are talking about, or "what's in that one?" It's amusing at this point lol. We still eathere weekly because it's the closest Casa, but getting tired of not always getting what we order. Hopefully some improvementscan be made soon. Read more
The food was what you would expect at Taco Casa. I give the food Quality 8/10. I give the service 20/10 (seriously). Here comes... the but; but the prices aren't as bad as I thought they would have gone up too. I will definitely go back.....to thislocation. Read more
I move to the area 6 months ago my boyfriend and I loved coming to this location. On July 8th we went thru drive thru and spent... over 50$. I got drinks dumped in my lap on top of it all they brought my food out and I assumed it was all there. I get all theway home and didn't have it all my grand children was hungry I ordered a super nachos and it was like a table spoon of beans, meat,tomatos,an sour cream. Go for lunch/dinner and NEVER past 10pm. They always ?run out of meat & beans? past 10pm. Go figure. This has happened on too... many occasions to even count. WHY STAY OPEN TIL 11PM??? Ridiculous. We love Taco Casa but this one is losing money. Also, theworkers were sitting in the parking lot not even inside. Broke their neck while staring me down as I drove off. This place is GREAT! Clean and friendly staff here. The food is fresh and not over cooked. It?s my first time to this location... and the gentleman with the beard at the front register is so professional and sweet. I will definitely return very soon. Read more
Don?t go here!!!! They are super cheap. Long line and that?s support be a $5 super burrito??? Wow y?all lost my family?s... business. I feel like I was stolen from buying from this location. Super tiny burritos are not worth $5 each!!!! Read more
