I ordered mozzarella mushroom mama burger combo and regular mamaburger combo. The mozzarella mushroom burger had lack of sauce... which was very dry throughout the whole burger. As i always wait for this burger to return it supposed to be very saucy andjuicy !! but it was totally opposite. Fries were the worst. Cold and dry even i ate it as soon as i got them. Haven't been this branch for a while and the service was below par. Order was placed but received 1 less product. Informed... the cashier but made a firm confirmation of changing the order on behalf. Requested the invoice and it was clearly charged andnot received. Had to show the receipt to confirm and receive my order? Asked for the refill and asked to pay $1???? Askedsince when and didn't give clear answer and said very recent... Checked the website before requested for a refill and itclearly indicated free refills were offered... It's a dollar for the refill and not a big deal but if you really aim to makeprofits by charging the customers on the refills... Good luck.. Disgusting dirty staff. A staff member was talking with a manage/supervisor and could not keep her fingers out of her mouth,... biting and trying to tear 3 or 4 nails during the conversation. The manager didn?t say anything and acted like nothing happened.The employee went to start working and didn?t wash their hands. Utterly disgusting. When confronted about it (I was waiting forfood) the manager said ?oh, I didn?t even notice?,, then washed her hands and did nothing else. The straws/condiments stationwas horribly dirty as well. Probably the best A$W I?ve ever been to, food was served incredibly fast. Fries were crispy and fresh, burger tasted great, and... the poutine was steaming hot as it should be for the cheese curds to melt. Overall, five star experience. Read more

Worst place to eat at A&W burgers. Found live insect in the burger. Photo attached. Even during COVID -19 pandemic, they don't... have a cleaning standards. I ordered the burger on Saturday and found a LIVE INSECT (spider) walking in my burger. THAT WASTOTALLY DISGUSTING. There is no valid explanation of finding a live insect on a hot food.
