Had a wonderful lunch today at halton hills location. Cheeseburgers, seafood pasta,fish and chips as well as calamari. The... service was great from the moment we walked in. Thought we sit out on the patio since the weather was so nice and my dog was allowed on the patio. Must be an off day because... when we got seated no one bother to clean the table, serve utensils and napkins. The servers were friendly except one lady. Thisone had issues about water and observed her being rude about wiping a table by other customers. Food was terrible. Ordered fishand chips and Avocado Burger with poutine. Fish was soggy, the hamburger patty tasted like frozen patties from grocery storewith freezer burn taste and the poutine was super salty. Asked for water and was told to purchase bottled water and asked forglass of ice, got run around of how the water is cold enough. Read some reviews how their tap water was unsafe….are all yourfoods and drinks and the ice prepared by bottled water???? Or is this a way to jack up the bill? At least have Fiji or Smartwater if you’re going to charge instead of Nestle water that cost less than $0.10! We stopped in here after some shopping, we're greeted by a very pleasant staff member and seated promptly. The food was quite... tasty and good flavor. The prices were a little higher then expected for a restaurant inside an outlet mall. The biggestfrustration was that a table that was seated after us had their drink and food order taken before anyone even came to see us andtake our drink order. I'm glad they finally opened up a restaurant at the premium outlet. The server was nice, quite chatty, and had plenty of... recommendations. We decided to share the half rack combo meal which was the perfect size for an afternoon snack for two.Everything tasted really great, especially after shopping! I found it odd they only served bottled water as opposed to tap waterin a glass but I assume that is because of the pandemic. Would eat at again. Read more

They have a surf and turf combo (ribs and a seafood app) for $22, that's a pretty good deal! Food overall tastes quite good,... especially considering it's in an Outlet, probably one of the better food choices in the mall. I give them 8/10! Read more

Tried the fish and chips, it was really good. The server was also nice but few issues with service. The food took a long time to... arrive and in between the server didn’t come once to check if we needed any drink refill or water etc. They don’t serve tapwater and you have to pay extra for a water bottle. I alway find that very irritating when a restaurant does that. If theresturaunt got busier all of a sudden then it’s not customers’ fault. Last but not least they ran out of cutlery so theygave us plastic fork and knife. Not sure how that can happen as there were bunch of empty tables. We raised the concerns andgot an apology from the sever. But something like 10% discount for the compromised experience would have been only fair. Read more
