Worst startbucks i have ever been to. I drove 20 plus mins to get here. Then waited another 10 mins for my turn. But when i got... to order they said don't have any chai tea latte left, so i left in disappointment. I went back there after couple hours andasked the barista this time before waiting in the line again if they had chai tea latte now, she said they had it whole day andthey were never out of it that day, i was very upset. I complained about it to the same girl that took my order earlier she justsaid sorry and rushed to take next order. Never coming back to this one. Read more
Order two drinks and waited over 45 minutes when been later notify was 20 minutes. The convenient app is a disaster as they... prioritise mobile order first; this has cause chaos in store as people and packed in a queue waiting. this has made people(even with kids) walk in orders waiting up to 45 minutes for their drinks. This is totally unacceptable. Customers have not beentold they need to wait when they are ordering. Starbucks need to reconsider this app strategy whether it is actually making itconvenient for all their customers or not. Read more
It is a very busy and crowded branch. Not enough staffing at all. All tables and ground are dirty. Waiting time more than 30... minutes! Read more
7 people working. Seems like most of the employees are doing nothing but there is a line of about 4-5 customers. Place smelled... sour when walking and and their are a lot of flies flying around which is usually a sign that the place is dirty. More than halfof the tables are dirty as well. This location is impressive! Read more

Whenever we come to TORONTO PREMIUM OUTLETS we always come to this Starbucks. This is by far the best location for drinks and... refreshers. They always get my order correctly and I am never disappointed.. There were plenty of times where I ordered and wasvery annoyed by the fact that they did not take my order correctly. All the staff members are very polite and definitely offer5 Star service here. Will keep coming back? A huge THANK YOU to all the staff members here, you are all doing a great job!! Read more
The lines for ordering and picking up are confusing as the signs are not clear. Large store, many barista but still a long... wait. Staff are trained to kindly ask people with dogs to leave the store (according to law they should). Good job on that! Read more
Pretty busy, with excellent service. Ran out of Lactose Free Milk and offered a replacement immediately. Don?t get mad at the... barista?s for wait times or running out of items as these are out of their control and they work as fast as they can. Read more
