Worst customer service, lady had a disgusted face & was arguing with the guy working there. The way she asked what I want to... order made me feel she is least interested. Food is just average but I would sideline taste for a second if staff at leastsmiles or show some basic etiquettes. Probably the worst meal I had in my life. Everything was cold , not fresh and maybe cooked 100 years ago. They were out fries,... garlic potato was literally the worst u can have and done maybe 1 week ago. Shawarma was so chewy that i couldnt take a secondbite. This was probably my worst shawarma yet. It completely had no taste. The tomatoes were old. The pickled chili was bitter. ... The chicken didn't come from the burner. The the potatoes came cold. The garlic sauce was more like mayo with garlic. Thepeople working were clearly not happy to serve there. It was absolutely devastating. To top it all, my wrap was stuck to thepaper with no way to unwrap it. I usually would never complain about food this much, but nothing tasted like food there. Iliterally wanted to puke with every bite. I threw it away in the bin after a couple of bites and my friend had a stomach achefor the rest of the night. I would completely be happy to see a change and would be glad to change my review if they ever change the way they work. Read more
Worst mix beef & chicken shawarma plate I have ever had. Im not sure how you can ruin such a simple dish, Chicken was burnt and... the rice and garlic and salad in general tastes horrible. Sadly this is the only halal option at the outlet, the plate was 15$ igot 4 potatoes bad cold rice, and a small handful of cold beef & chicken, I do not recommend this location and will not becoming back. Food is okay for the location. Shawarma was definitely tender. However, there is no sense of hygiene here. The city needs to... visit this place for food safety check. I ordered a wrap and they put the pita on the conveyer belt without a plate under it,right before wiping it with a super dirty cloth. This is so unacceptable. Read more
We went to this place today on our trip to the outlet mall. We ordered one chicken shawarma plate. What an awful experience!... First of all the counter glasses are so dirty, the chicken came cold ( like it hasn?t been warmed for hours) then they didn?thave any of the traditional salads like Tabuleh, onions, pickles or tomatoes/cucumbers. The only salad they offer was cabbagewhich tasted yucks!!! The baked garlic potatoes were cold and tasted like they were from a day before!!! We threw away ourchicken plate wholly. Awful place, ZERO Star, Zero customer service, cleanliness Zero, Food quality Zero. I Do NOT recommendthis place at all. Do Not waste your money!! Read more
