Make sure to check your take out bag or tell whoever is picking up your food to make sure everything is inside because they... don't care if your order is correct or not. The queso was missing from our order and the arroz con pollo had very little rice.This order wasn?t worth $38. The employees including the manager acted like they didn?t care at all- kind of like an oh wellattitude. I chose a refund for the queso so hoping I get that. I frequent a lot of Mexican restaurants, and Acapulco is better than average. However, this location is better than any other.... Never have to wait for a table, and service is always quick. Some things are sloppy (they always get my name wrong on take-outorders), but overall a good experience. Read more

Amazing food, great service!

This was THE most awful experience. My friend ordered us some food to go. Her chicken fajitas with no onions came with ONLY... onions. There was some random folded thing in with our food that no one ordered and my "enchiladas" were unrecognizable. She wastold that they don't come rolled but that is the very definition of an enchilada-rolled and filled tortillas. That's likecalling scrambled eggs an omelet. The presentation of everything was horrible. Even food that is ordered to go should lookappetizing. The customer service was bad when my friend went to pick up the food at first AND when she went back for thecorrected order. Staff barely spoke to her, made no eye contact and said "That's your order" and pointed. The food is wayoverpriced for it to be this much of a headache and it's so far from authentic that Taco bell would be ashamed. Even myreplacement food (a burrito) left much to be desired. They will never see my money again. Not exactly sure what everyone else israving about but I am so good with never having it again. Read more
