Terrible customer service... I spent $45 on a small and large pizza. (a large chanti special and small pepperoni) We waited an... hour for delivery and when the delivery guy showed up he said we we're out of their delivery area. We received 1 large pepperoniand 1 small pepperoni. I called to have it corrected and was put on hold for a long time... A girl answered, I told her theproblem, was put on hold to have a rude gentleman answer and say they will send another pizza. I said will it be another hour?he said "well you're out of the delivery area" I said OK, we keep hearing that, but we've never had a problem before; butapparently it just changed. I said "thank you" and was hung up on with nothing more said. If we're out of the delivery area thenremove it from your online system and double check the pizza before driving out of the delivery area and when you screw up, itwould be nice to hear an apology and a nice person on the other end of the line. I'm super disappointed, this is our favoritepizza, but guess we won't be having it any longer. Read more
I ordered the pizza at 8:23. I live 9 minutes away from the pizza place. I didn't get it until 9:46 and the pizzas were cold.... They never told me an excessive delivery time over the phone. I called twice about where my pizzas are. Way over priced for coldpizza delivery! I ended up having to heat my pizzas up on the pizzazz never going to order delivery from them again. Read more
Add sweet heat to your pizza and ask for hand toss to cook an extra 2 min, then it?s the Best pizza around!
