Yelled at by a disgruntled employee over lava cakes that were mistakenly unseen in pick up boxes. Never in my life has someone... treated me from the first syllable out of their mouth so horribly for no reason. I started the conversation nice andunderstanding (as a former retail employee myself) and was met with hostility, condescending attitude and complete lack ofprofessionalism or customer care. I was so mad I yelled at him, which is so unlike me, but I wasn?t going to let this man treatme like nothing ; especially without reason. I feel awful for whoever has to manage that kind of walking lawsuit of a worker.Dominoes really should not offer second chances to employees like that. They won?t get better at customer service if they feelthat at ease with treating people that disrespectfully with little to no prompt. Read more

Almost two hour delivery. Driver John was extremely rude, questioning his tip because he didn?t think it was good enough. Everytime we order there pretty quick which we like. But sometimes the pizza is not cooked all the way or cut right . Also they... should add Buffalo sauce as a sauce online orders cause I have to call in to fix it everytime . Read more
Very disappointed with the 5.99 special. We called and to get a small gluten-free and a medium pizza you would think they?d just... up charge for the gluten free. But the total was 29 something. Needless to say we canceled our order. To us it should have been& $12.00 plus the extra charge for gluten-free. So as I?m leaving this comment my husband got on line and actually got them bothfor $15.00. Why couldn?t he get that while talking to the employee? Read more
How do you burn pizza and deliver it cold at the same time? Then there's the cheese dip. Smaller than normal and then also burnt... and cold. Ridiculous. At least the soda was as cold as the pizza :( Read more
