Great friendly and prompt service. Our chicken and burger sandwiches were very tasty. Caution: Google Maps is showing two... menus. One is old! Comfortable atmosphere. Haven’t been here in years. We’ll be back soon. Read more

I’m not one to write reviews often about restaurants and or other establishments but when I went to try T-Box I had to share... my experience. To start the host was very much standoffish and had an attitude about herself. Secondly the food was subpar butthe waiting service was good. The biggest thing was a man (who I assume is the manager of T-Box) was not treating his employeesin a very professional manner it seemed that he was talking down on them and not treating them with the respect they deserved. The food was TERRIBLE!!!! I was excited bcuz, the place was packed... but, was so disappointed. My husband got the juicy Lucy &... it was over cooked & had NO cheese & meat smelled old. I got the chicken sandwich with regular fries for $20. The place isOVERPRICED for a bar & grill. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. WASTE OF MONEY Read more

The host and server were both very friendly and helpful. Small menu but the food was really good and homemade. Expect to spend a... little more than your average bar and grill. Read more

The staff here are friendly. The atmosphere was as expected. The food was terrible. I ordered the Juicy Lucy. Nothing juicy... about it. The bun was stale and dry. The burger was burnt with no juice and cheese was absent from the patty. The menu is verylimited, so come with low expectations. For me, I plan not to return. Read more

Yummm! Not what I was expecting from a strip mall place. Nice bourbon and tap selection. BBQ pizza was solid. Also really liked... the firecracker shrimp. Even though the shrimp portion was small, with the pizza it was enough to share for two people. Sarawas also very nice. Read more

I went to T-Box for the first time for dinner on a Sunday night. I think it is probably the best restaurant in the area food... quality wise. I'm willing to overlook the poor service we received given it was a sunday night and she might have been new, butI did take a star off for it until I have another chance to try this place again. The Food: We ordered the Steak Burger, BoxBurger, and the guido pizza. I have to say that all the food was excellent, surprisingly so for a 'bar & grill' in a strip mall. The fries seemed to be housemade and were crispy and delicious, and the burger was cooked medium well at my request, withoutbeing overly charred, and was juicy and very tasty. The Box Burger, which is their juicy lucy, is heaped with toppings and thepizza was great. The portions were also very generous. We will be going back to try the steak which looked amazing and the firebaked cheese which has been recommended to me. The Service: Here is where this place went from 4 stars, to 3. The service waspretty terrible. The restaurant it pretty small and there were 2 servers and a bartendender. Our waitress forgot to put in ourappetizer order in to the point that when we asked about it when our entrees came she didn't seem to even remember us orderingit. Annoying, but I was willing to overlook simple human error, we had her take the app off our bill and she made no attempt tomake it up to us. She hardly checked in on us at all, our drinks sat empty for the entire meal until we finally were able toflag her down to ask for refills and I asked for a side of mayo. She forgot both of those things and only came back when we weredone to ask if we wanted refills and to give us the check. Again I will emphasize it was not busy, and the restaurant isn't thatbig. Ambience: This place feels intimate and quaint, with only a few tables, some wooden booths, and a fireplace. I candefinitely feel the vibe they are trying to put up - wine connoisseur with some steak place but int Read more
