I called this place for menu pricing that was advertised online. The young man that answered the phone gave me an attitude and... told me that the price would be $40 compared to the price that I saw online. I proceeded to hung up and he called back andconfronted me for hanging up and was extremely rude, then refused to sell me pizza. As a woman I found this very offensive and Iwill never be doing business with dominoes again. Read more
If I could give a 0 I would, worst people I have ever dealt (Hamburg, NJ location)!!! Literally the order was in "Quality Check"... for 15-20 minutes and then when we received the food the one pizza was so overcooked there was no sauce on it and the other piewas supposed to have ham on it and it did not. When I called the guy LITERALLY argued back and forth with me that I was wrongand that he made the pizza himself, he was extremely rude and nasty to me, would not let me speak to a manager and wouldn't giveme his name. He ultimately hung up on me!!! We will NEVER EVER order from them again!!! Worst establishment I have ever dealtwith in my 51 years!!! Read more
Not a very good domino's. The amount of toppings was lower than other dominos I have been to in different parts of the country.... The staff seemed a bit confused with the order process. I watched my pizza and other items be finished but it took the personseveral minutes and only after I asked did they give me my order. Read more
These guys are Great!! Always expedient, great quality food and in the rare event that there?s an issue, they?re always... wonderful and very quick about remedying the issue!! I?m normally not a huge fan of this kind of food but because this locationis always on point and consistently has great deals and performance, I indulge more often than I would regularly!! Read more
The food is consistently good.... I live 4 minutes away. My girlfriend works 3 minutes further down the road. They won't deliver... 7 minutes away so they'll drop it off here so I can take it the rest of the trip? Not really sure I understand the reasoningthere.... Read more
Absolutely horrible service. I received my pizza cold and called there and spoke with a manager. The manager was very rude and... had no customer service at all. Not really even sure how this guy has a management position. I would avoid this location at allcost. Read more
I?ve been ordering from here like once or twice a month since 2018. They?ve been pretty good up until my last order around March... 2022. I ordered a pizza with diced tomato on top. It arrived soggy and completely raw in the center. I called to ask if they cansend over a replacement that was properly cooked. A young woman came on the phone saying she was the manager but refused to giveher name. She was incredibly immature, ignorant and rude. She blamed me saying I should?ve asked for the pizza to be cooked moresince I should?ve known tomatoes were watery. After arguing my point for a few minutes, she did offer to send out another but Ihad to pay ANOTHER delivery fee. That?s when I told her no way. I?ve been ordering for years and not once have I ever called inwith a complaint. Her behavior was out of the ordinary, almost as if she was having an aggressive mental breakdown. She thenkept hanging up and when I kept calling she actually threatened to call the cops saying I?m harassing her. I couldn?t believe myears. Received cold mushy wings and overcooked thin pizza that broke apart when lifted from box. Spoke to manager Luiz who was... extremely rude. He told me to take pictures of the food. I told him i threw the food out and could not do so. He then said hecouldn't do anything for me. I told him that i would report to corporate, he said go ahead. Unbelievable! Read more
