The waiters were wonderful the meal was not amazing this time. For 225 dollars per person I expected fabulous and it was not.... The portion size was too small. One bite and your finished. It also lacked seasoning. They also gave us a hard time inswitching tastings from the chefs 7 course menu. I don't like rabbit but I had to have it. Yuck! They also served cow's tongue????. Disgusting and I had to pay for that to. There were other options on the menu but they insisted that they would charge mefor an additional plate for something I desired and they did. Horrible. I'm annoyed the more that I post in this review themore annoyed I become. Smh. They need a new concept then perhaps it will be better. We should choose what we would like to eat. What is the menu for??????. We had celery that was delicious. Who would figure that right. However it was. Best thing I atethat night. 35.00 for celery. What a Darn Shame. Read more

The waiter was amazingly nice and personable. The food was disappointing Bc I expected more. First the good parts! Mocktail... shown below...don’t remember name but get several. You won’t regret it. Strong cucumber and fruity with a hint of honey. Thegrandeur Ossetia caviar was excellent. Very rich, creamy, slight oyster aftertaste that lingers. Kingfish crudo was tangy andyummy. Salt baked celeriac was a really different way of eating celery which I really appreciated, slightly on the salty side.Wild grape sorbet was tangy and perfectly balanced. Now the not so good part. Rabbit alone was good, the carrot and everythingdid not blend well and was overly sweet. Agnolotti, the only thing edible was the crab, way too salty. Cuttlefish was overlysalty but the concept was good need different herbs-the blend didnt mix well with the dish. The wagyu I couldn’t eat. It wasdisgusting. When the waiter asked me why I didn’t touch it. I explained that the whole piece was 80% fat and that triggers mygag reflex as soon as I put the smallest piece in my mouth. The waiter brought it up with the Mgr and he preceded to yell at thewaiter and said I am eating it wrong to the waiter.... really I’m eating food incorrectly. Thanks for that! I understand theconcept of marbling... this was not it. Might I suggest better sound proof so the clients don’t hear you insult them asclearly. Overall cost $500+ ... could have been better spent elsewhere. Walked away poorer and angry Read more

The presentation is awesome, the wait staff comes tells you what’s on the plate, how it was cooked. Three waiters per table,... food was smaller portions but amazing. Even though I say the plates were small I left full. Venison was the best I’ve evereaten. The scallop pasta was delicious. Great atmosphere glad we didn’t get weirded out by the menu, it sounds strange, butit was all delicious!!! Read more

What an incredible dining experience. We went with friends for my husbands 40th birthday and we were wowed by every dish. The... staff was knowledgeable, attentive and fun. The sommelier was able to pair the perfect bottle with 4 completely differententrees. The food was exquisite- we are all still debating which was the favorite dish. I loved the agnolotti (pictured below)so much I wanted to lick my plate. Excellent job by the entire Latour team. We will be back! Oh… and I can’t stop thinkingabout my delicious cocktail! Read more

This place is a truly hidden gem. Literally, everyone who gave this restaurant lower than a four Star really doesn’t know... better. I have eaten at private dining clubs and fine dining establishments around NJ, DC, NYC, and CA. Restaurant Latour is thebest fine dining restaurant in the area, by far and bar none. The fact that their wine list has such depth and range makes it adream for wine connoisseurs. Their wines by the glass are all excellent as well. I had the seven-course plus the caviar. Theirportions are generous for fine dining, especially with their bread basket (delicious). The service is stellar. The chef tooktime to select the cuisine, and each course was exceptional in right. Give it a chance; you won’t regret it. They spare noexpense, so why should you? Read more
