I?ve enjoyed their food, but sadly poor customer service cannot fix that. I?ve heard from two different parties on separate... occasions, that a server (Whom they believe is the owner? In which case they aren?t working on tipped wage anyway.) asked,?Aren?t you going to leave me a tip??. On both occasions the tip was already on the table, she just didn?t see it. Worst food I have ever had. I ordered manicotti and spit my 1st bite out because the cheese was very clearly gone bad. It was... sour. There were 4 of us and we all had bad food. When the waitress brought my bill and had taken half off for my meal Iresponded that I hadn't eaten one bite of my meal so I'm not paying for it either. The manager was extremely rude about it andargued with me. I would never go there again. ! Read more
L'Isola D'Oro has been a gem for Sicilian and Southern Italian food for years. We just stopped in and found out that they are in... the process of selling. I don't begrudge them selling, but the loss of such a gem will certainly impact the area. Read more
We were driving home from camping 5 days and saw this Italian restaurant off the highway exit, and I am glad we stopped to eat!... It was so delicious and portions of food you get are alot. I got the Lasagna and chicken parmesan combination pick 2 and salad,bread comes like garlic spread, for $17.00, I got a side of meatballs for 2/ $6.00 and they were absolutely yummy. I just had the worst chicken parm of my entire life. I can't believe you can mess up chicken parmesan, I didn't even received... pasta with my meal. The chicken was Gooey and the sauce was odd tasting. Multiple people at our office also had meals thattasted terrible. Please save your money and appetite. Read more
