I had the worst experience ever at this tim hortons. I asked for a specific flavor shot and it was clear by the employees... actually laughing when they gave me my drink that they deliberately put the wrong flavor shot in it. I had it remade twice andboth times it was still wrong and the employees were still laughing as they handed it to me. The store manager was just a rudewhen I asked for a refund and he told me I had to park my car and come inside, which I could not do with my 2 babies in the car.So I left with no drink and no refund. I will never eat here again. I have worked for Tim Hortons and this by far was the rudest I have ever came across. I ordered a... bagel with cream cheese and between the two bagels and in the cream cheese was a hair. When I called to kindly inform them I wastreated rudely.
