Wanted to give a shout out to the employees at this location, I went to a different location and received the wrong coffee order... and didn?t realize it till I was on my way to work? so I pulled into this one , explained that I can?t have regular coffee onlydecaf due to a health condition and they happily replaced my coffee no questions! Very bad service, stopped to get chilli an all they had was chicken noodle soup. So I got chicken noodle an they forgot my... bread, an the soup was luke warm, also got a panini an they forgot the chipotle....an to make it worse they weren't evenbusy....never stopping g at that location again....an I will tell everyone about my experience...I will not forget this timhortons... Every time I come here , about twice a week , the people working are usually arguing loudly and cursing at each other .the last... time I was in here , 12/1/17 @ 11 a.m. two people walked out because they had to wait as the staff yelled at each other ,Extremely unprofessional !
