uhh tell me how when i redeem my coupon for my birthday pretzel, the employee TAKES MY PHONE IN HER HANDS to see the coupon... better and then when she hands me the pretzel i didn't ask for she says she can't take it back because of covid when i onlytouched the bag. um?? you had my phone in your hand and didn't use any sanitizer?? how is that not also a violation?? this isthe first time ive been to this particular auntie annes since i live in a different city but come on? would have given it onestar but the food's good so ???????????
