We did go to eat there 15 minutes after they were opened. The door was locked but the manager must have seen us walking back to... our car and then came to unlock the door. We were the only ones in the restaurant to dine at that time frame but there were manyitems listed on the overhead menu board being unavailable. Manager announced they were out of chicken for at least 15 minutes, bathrooms were dirty. Staff were very pleasant, but the... experience didn't do much to convince me to return. That said, the pot pie was hot, filling and appetizing. Read more

All sides were cold and not to temp at all. Meatloaf sandwich was horrendous. Didn't have large cups and the toilet paper was... empty. I would be a bit more forgiving if it were in the middle of a busy day but it was a Tuesday 20 minutes after they opened.I know if I served this at my restaurant they would boycott me to the point I would have to shut down. They answered and inedit... don't in these trying times me. They just opened and the food was cold. I own a restaurant I know how it works. I wasactually on my way back because I'm my own food truck. Its trying for small restaurants not for corporate. Try some help wantedsigns. Do better and be better people. I couldn't even get a refund because there's literally no customer service after youleave or barely while you're there. Also they just copy and paste their response to these reviews. Read more
I haven?t had Boston Market in 3 or 4 years and it is just as great as I remember. The rotisserie chicken with Mac and cheese... and cream spinach is my go to. The corn bread is top notch as well. Read more

I am so happy to see that Boston Market is making a comeback after leaving our neck of the woods several years ago. In terms of... aesthetics, this Boston Market is radically different from the ones we went to in the mid to late 1990s. Despite some of thereviews, we thought that the food was every bit as good as it was the last time we ate at one of these. I wasn't overlyimpressed with the rustic, barn yard decor, or the fact that everything is served take-out style, but the employees were veryfriendly, and the rotisserie chicken, macaroni and cheese, and the wonderful creamy spinach, all taste exactly the way Iremember it. Boston Market is always good. I choose this over McDonald's, Burger King and other more common fast food wherever i can find it.... I recommend the meatloaf and stuffing. Read more
