When you go to Dunkin. More and more orders are wrong. You don't know what is left out until you get home as you look in the... bags. Also drinks are wrong no sugar instead artificial sweetener. Its getting to be a habit of Dunkin to get orders wrong. Additonal review of Dunkin Hamburg. Went to Dunkin today November 19, yes our fault going to this Dunkin. The order was wrongagain. dunkin is literally horrible anymore. the line is a half hour long to get a single coffee, inside is for ?walk ins only? (mobile... ordering) like why? hamburg and the pottsville locations have PLENTY of workers to open the inside and save peoples time. getmore business that way too, just go to starbucks the workers are nicer and even if the drive thru is long don?t worry you CAN goinside :) i?d give zero stars if i could, one star is being too nice. If you walk in be prepared to feel like the employees are to busy with the drive thru to actually take your order. When you use... the touch screen make sure to actually check your order even if you verbally confirm that everything you ordered is in thebag/box cause the busy employees are to busy carrying on in the back..... and with the busy drive thru to get your full ordercorrect. I watch as the girl was making my drink and talking to a coworker. She took some guys order and said, I love when people know... exactly what they want and we don't have to wait it makes it so easy. As she was patting herself on the back she handed me myorder. It was wrong. Yep, wrong. Bathrooms are normally clean. Service isn?t the best, but not the worst either. I was in a rush one day and drove off without my... change. I realized once I got to my next destination and called them immediately as it was change from $100. I explained Iwouldn?t be back in the area till the following day and would be in between such and such time to get my change. They told methat was no problem. I arrived the following day and was told I couldn?t have my change that I had to return a third time whenthe manager who was on duty the day before was there. They acknowledged they owed me the change but said they couldn?t releaseit to me. Absolutely ridiculous. Today we arrived at this same location to order donuts to be told they had no donuts.
