I would say a sub-par customer experience if anything. The place is freezing cold, and have the AC blasting even though it's... only 70 degrees outside. Waitress acknowledged that it's very cold but didnt ask anyone to turn off the AC or anything.Atmosphere is alright. Food was pretty good, very buttery though. Read more
Well, there was not a lot to rave about. Just what you would expect from a chain, the bread is slightly sweet to my liking but... my partner liked them. Went for lunch on a Saturday. The wait to get in was 30 minutes and then almost another 30 minutes for our food to come out. I... had a salad which was good - my husband had a burger but said the bun was cold like it was pulled out if the freezer. I knoweveryone is short staffed but likely will not be back. Read more
As soon as we were seated we were told they were out of broccoli, salad, ribs, and potato soup. There was a small curly hair on... my menu. ???? We had to wipe off about 10 bugs from the ledge beside us, plus the fly that was squished on the glass, and thetwo spiderwebs in my seat. ???? I didn't get a pic before we cleaned them up. I just wanted them gone. The rolls were OK. Niceand warm but they only brought us one basket and never checked again to see if we wanted more or needed anything else until ourfood came. When she brought the kids meals she told us they were out of sweet potatoes as well so my husband had to choose a newside and one of the kids sides was wrong so we had to wait for that as well. The steaks came and were lukewarm and not flavorfulat all. My husband ordered crispy onions on his but he got sautéed onions instead. The rice was terrible. This was my second time at Logan's Roadhouse. The atmosphere is great and I really like the menu. The smell of BBQ in the... parking lot let's you know you are in for a treat. There were 2 of us for dinner. We sat pretty quickly at 7pm as it wasn'ttoo busy. We ordered drinks right away and looked through the menu. My friend and I split the Crab Cakes appetizer which wasdelicious. I had a cup of chili which was good as well. My friend ordered the Roadhouse Burger and I ordered the grilledmeatloaf. Everything was really good. The drinks were good too. I had two of the Big Easy Blue Roadhouse Teas and my buddyhad a PBR and a Modelo. While our experience was good I will say I saw some areas that need improvement. There was a tablewhile we ate that had food and drinks on it the entire time we were there. The table was never cleared or cleaned in an hour. While not being busy it took some time to get our 2nd set of drinks. The men's room had paper towels on the floor and it wasobvious why because the small trash can was overflowing with paper towels. I would also say the bathroom could have beencleaner and better decorated as it seemed to not match the rest of the place. Read more
I?d skip it, find somewhere else. Waited about an hour to get my food, which wouldn?t of been a problem if they ever put my... appetizer in. In that time, I wasn?t even offered more rolls while waiting. I wasn?t offered a refill on my drink until I wasdone with my meal. Sub par service, food mediocre.
