There weren't many people at all in the drive thru, yet I had to be moved into a hold spot for 10 minutes for 2 double... cheeseburgers while everyone else just moved right through... Doesn't make sense to me. Read more

Considering it was almost closing time they were very nice I made a mobile order and they had to put it in manually cause it was... past 11PM and my burger didn?t come out the way I put it in so they remade it for free and apologized, very nice staff here. Ieven showed them my order details on my app, she also apologized and explained after 11PM we have to put it in manually, so weremade your burger how you ordered because it wasn?t entered correctly. I simply told the guy at the window how I ordered it Icould have been lying to get free food that?s why I showed the kind lady that gave it to me at the third window my order and howmy burger was supposed to be. If slow service and employees standing around with their heads buried in their phones is for you then look no further. I walked... out after waiting 15 minutes for a coffee, a black coffee. Store was not crowded. Poorly managed, the black young mcmanager ison break more than he actually works there. I hope the franchise owner checks camera footage of this dude. I visit this placeevery few weeks going to cabela?s so if a customer is seeing a pattern?its every where now-a-days?sad. Then he leaves hispersonal items just there like its his office.
