Terrible experience ordering a simple sandwich. Come to work with a good attitude , Not a Nasty one . I almost walked out .
My fiance and I ordered 3 of the new sandwiches. Before we did, we looked on the coupon and all the store advertisement. It said... nothing about not being able to use the subway coupons. When we went to pay, we presented the coupons. They said we couldn't useon them on the new sandwiches. We said then we are not paying over $35 for 3 sandwiches and that they need to clearly state nocoupons can be used to purchase the new TV sandwiches. Then the manager told them to throw them out. We got people starving andthey just waste a good. Very unprofessional in our opinion. Read more
I was on my way to walmart, and my 5 year old child was a little down in the dumps so I figured i would buy her subway. And this... lovely lady by the name of Jackie came to help us out. She was a super nice person and my daughter was quickly calmed down.Jackie aswell made sure everything was in order and I was honored to be a customer of her. If I could give this place zero stares I would. The employees were very rude. To the one me and my husband we being annoying... because we wanted out bacon toasted and not cold bacon on our all American subs. And then they also had to run in the back formayo for my husband sandwich. I thought that's what you are supposed to do. The that same employee would not check us out theyhad another employee do it . This one proceeded to ask if there was bacon on both. Well duh that's what goes on an all Americansub. And then when I said yes the sub comes with it I got attitude from that employee as well. They both had very poor customerservice. Would not go there again. Read more
If I could I would give this place zero stars! Was charged 40.78 for 3 hoagies! Never ever have I paid more then 30.00 for the... exact same hoagies at any of the subway restaurants we go to. Lady behind counter was extremely rude. She made sure she countedhow many pickles she put on which was 4 per hoagie, a foot long all American club with extra meat and cheese cost 15.59 perhoagie. And for that price when I asked for pickles and olives ...4 pickles and very little olives. I believe she was to worriedabout closing it was only 649pm when we were there. I will be calling to speak with someone about this because there is no waythese hoagies are worth 15.59 per hoagie. Read more
They did not have my order ready when I came in there to pick it up. The lady only started on it when I was standing there in... front of her and she botched up my order and gave me a dirty look when i told her she was messing it up. I wish I knew her name.She spilled over my sandwich onto the foodbar and messed it up. I thought we were supposed to keep distance from ppl? How are wesupposed to keep distance if they can't even have our order ready when they say it's supposed to be done? Very bad customerservice at this one and very disappointed at this Subway! This Subway location has the Sub Of The Day special for $3.79. Not too many Subways do that. I wish my local Subway would... offer that special. This store opens at seven in the morning for breakfast. Yummy. Aunt Annie pretzels are also available forpurchase. Credit cards are accepted at the Walmart Subway. Read more
Foot-long steak sandwich for $16!?!? I know prices have inflated but any restaurant & sub shops don't even charge this for their... steak sandwiches that are massive & hefty filled with meat let alone having such commercialized low quality meat with a fastfood franchise. It was already bad enough that the ingredients that were supposed to come on the sandwich was out as well &their lettuce I wanted was all brown & discolored that I was shocked they even put it on clear display. My sandwich was so flatbecause they definitely downsized the meat portion & limited choices of topping add-ons while also inflating the price. IF itdid taste fantastic I wouldn't have had an issue as it was a shocking purchase but to disappointment, the sandwich had a veryplastic like taste which im guessing was from the bags of where the veggie toppings come from. I decided to check SUBWAYSnational sandwich prices & this was no where near what they charge so this is definitely FRANCHISE owner decision to rip peopleoff. I didn't get to see the signage display of prices as they have it so small in lettering/numbers that I just ordered itassuming it wouldn't cost more than $11-$12 which is still pretty high without any additional meat or special add-ons. You canget FULL BLOWN entrees at any restaurant these days that aren't fine dining for the price they charged. Sucks to see someone runa franchise to rip all the locals off who have kept them up & running for years in Hamburg, PA. But if things arent changedthere's NO WAY they're going to stay open too long.
