Sucks, they charged us for previous cars's order In drive-thru, then Mgr tried to correct it when we complained and he... overcharged us again. We tried calling but of course nobody answered at 6pm?? If anyone in Wendy's corporate cares at ALL aboutcustomer service reach out to us and make it good and I'll revise this rating accordingly. If nobody cares then you deserve thisone star rating. This particular Wendy's was a breath of fresh air compared to most. It was clean, the food came out fast and the burger bun... was actually crispy. I couldn't believe it. The cashier, Randi, I believe her name was, was trying hard to take orders andclean the dining area at the same time, while explaining to each customer that the ice machine was broken. With all that goingon, she was really friendly and outgoing. From one manager to another...Get her some help. You don't want to burn out a goodone. Read more
Cleanest, friendlest Wendy's I have ever been to. I would give them 5 stars but they got my order incorrect twice. I can't... complain though, I mean it IS fast food.I would recommend this place because it is reasonably priced and clean and food isfresh. New fries are really good too! Read more
We dined at this location on July 11th 2022 and was extremely impressed by the excellent level of customer service upon which my... fiance received. The restaurant is pristine and the food was fresh! The people at this location should be recognized for theirefforts, especially in this day and age when customer service is a seemingly lost art. Well done!! Read more
I don?t blame the workers in here because I?m assuming they?re short staffed, just like the rest of the world right now?but it?s... just a shame to wait in line for 40+ minutes. After doing this for my third time now, hoping this place would have picked it upsince my last time; but apparently not. Seems like they take one order at a time, and only take the next customer after theperson before you has paid for their food and drove off. And in reference to ordering online, there?s not even a point becauseit?s never made in advance so when you show up; it?s ready. There?s no sign either that their restaurant is closed, so you?llhave to walk awkwardly around the whole line of cars to try to open any of the 2 doors that are locked. But the one lady thatsometimes works the window is awesome once you get up there. Last time she asked us to taste the sweet tea we ordered to see ifit was sweet enough because she just made a new batch. Went thru the Drive True. Had guy outside taking the orders on a tablet?? Had Double Cheese with Ff and diet Coke. All was hot... and tasty. Quick service. Friendly Staff. Outside of building was clean and well maintained . Just across the roar from LargeCabela's. Read more
This Wendy's is awesome....I had a problem with the app and got an immediate refund from the manager. But the app is hot garbage... and occasionally just shuts down. If I happened to use any of my points when this happens they're just lost. Read more
