Usually, I have no complaints from this location, but tonight is the last time I will order there. I placed an order around... 10:30pm. It is 12:40am and it still hasn't gotten here. I called the store 3 times and each time the manager told me to wait 30minutes. My last call at 12:38, I was told that the driver just left WITH THE PIZZA I ORDERED TWO HOURS AGO! I was also told hehad 3 deliveries before mine, so he likely won't get here until 1:30, nearly 4 HOURS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER! The manager didn'toffer a refund of any kind, she was extremely nasty, as if their being short staffed was somehow my fault. If you want to orderpizza at 10pm on a Saturday, skip this place and just go with one of the local mom & pop pizza shops in the area. The pizza isbetter, so is the service. I just know when my pizza finally does get here, it will be cold and dried out. As will the chicken.I regret placing that order. Food came fast. I had the salad and wings pleasantly surprised how good it was and the marble brownies are heavenly

I never had a problem in years usually really Good!! Super disappointed placed in order at 9pm it was a huge problem with both... pizza pies! 1. Very little cheese and sauce on my pepperoni pizza!!!! 2. Cheese pizza Super dry under cook , but manage to burnthe cheese, is that possible?? Not only was the food sooooo greasy that it leaked through the card board AND RUINED MY CAR SEAT, there was still plenty of... grease still of the food. Now I was expecting a little grease cause it's pizza, but I've never had so much it leaked through thebox and STILL had to dry more off the food. I asked for pizza, not a cup of grease. And I got chicken and spinach so its notlike the pizza had super greasy toppings. Read more
It's a good place... They put too much sauce on the pie. It's like you ordered extra sauce but it's supposed to be regular. ... Other than that it's fantastic. I get the gluten free because it's actually better than most of the "Big new haven places" Read more
Zero stars! Ruined my 6 year old's party at Fun z trampoline park. We ordered 6 large pizzas and 6 sides of chicken.. whole... order was fully paid in advance. It was to be delivered at 4.45 pm. The driver showed up at 5.20 pm. My guests could hardlyenjoy any food. We had to vacate the room at 5.40 pm. Per park's policy. Never going back to Domino's at Hamden. Unreliable,unprofessional.
