This is the slowest Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to.(dixwell ave near putnum) However, the employees are always really nice and... the food was fresh. Seriously, if you're in a hurry, don't do it. Read more

Was on drive threw line for 15 mins, got to window, had no idea what I ordered (just 2 coffees) o ly doi d one after 5 mins and... literally sat t the window for another 4 mins. Handed me a medium size when I ordered a large and it was cold (ordered it hot)will NEVER go to this one again!!! Read more

I would give a zero but have no choice have to give a star. I went to the drive thru on October 14 at around 4:15 PM, I asked... for a large strawberry coconut refresher WITH NO ICE. The reason why I ask for no ice is because for the price we are payingwhich is 4.82 for a large coconut drink is mostly all ice and less of the drink. Ok, let me get to the point - African Americanemployee called me M***erF***er because I requested no ice. So he gave me a refresher with mostly all coconut milk. I explainedthat the other employees always give me the amount that I request with no issue?s. I am definitely going to call and request tospeak with the manager. This is not appropriate of an employee to cus out a customer especially with his dirty filthy language. Read more

I visited this dunkin on a Saturday and almost all of there food items were done. I tried a coffee cake which was very good.

It's 12:30pm on a Sunday and both doors to the lobby are closed I watched about 6 customers drive away. Unbelievable. Lady... looked at me and pointed to the drive thru even though I have no car at the moment so I have to stand in line embarrassed . Amonth ago I contacted customer service about the horrible experience I had which cost me 20 dollars. Worst drinks I everpurchased and was told the store would contact me with 48 hrs if not contact customer service back. So after 72 hours of waitingI contacted customer service and the never responded. I don't like to leave bad reviews especially to places I personally love.There reason was 3 people called out. Well unfortunately that's not my problem since I applied here myself 3 or 4 differentoccasions but got overlooked which I'll sfc I've never called out from a job so they had opportunity to hire employees that arehard working and dedicated but clearly see the ones who don't appreciate the value of a job. then the ones who would be betterchoice for the overall company. They need to evaluate whos responsible for hiring clearly over and over make the wrong choiceand rather then train and promote them see if they even worthy of a demotion at the least my suggestion would be to terminatetheir employment seeing as they have cost the company thousands of dollars by paying staff who don't deserve it and the amountof customers they lost today alone speaks for it's self. Below is supposably a blueberry muffin even though it was somethingwith oats and that below is supposed to be a frozen coffee. Sadly toilet water looks more convincing then that. This is anupdate which previously had a 5 star rating but little by little has pushed me to this direction Update.9/15 The night shift.Got there game on point. The staff (even though short staffed) are always so nice. It is my ?Go-To? for my Large Iced Coffee, 6 Creams, 2 vanilla shots,... and 2 Splenda on the side. Only once in a year did I ever have to get my coffee remade. And? I have never gotten grounds in myhot coffee! Read more
