Good service always from the older workers. The younger girls are always snotty, never get your order correct and think they're... shooting a movie of the week as they can't be bothered to work. But the there are two older ladies who are always nice andfriendly and quick. Read more
TOO SLOW & LOUD. It's such an unprofessional environment. It's just a bunch of girls screaming at each other to talk & taking so... long people were leaving the drive thru. We waited almost 15 minutes in the drive thru for our order to be taken & to get ourfood & when we finally get it, the order was wrong & they didn't even apologize for the wait. Very trashy place with all thescreaming & arguing. While we wait for our food they are taking sips of their own drinks, talking, & walking out the buildingconstantly. Who is running this place? I have tried to give this Dunkin and the one up the street soo many chances but I'm truly done. I believe the same person owns... all the Dunkin Donuts on Dixwell and if you truly care about your business then you would do BETTER!!! The workers are allextremely RUDE and lack good Customer service skills, and to make matters worse there's always a long wait because there alwaysbehind the counter running their mouths instead of helping customers, to top it off you guys never have anything no croissantstuffers, no bagels, no donuts why are you even open?? It's ridiculous I don't care how many times you reconstruct this place isjust plain old trash and will not get another dollar from me and my husband who was also disrespected by a worker for wantinghis change.
