The service was OK it wasn't very busy but the waiter was in a rush. I ordered Fish and Chips the fish was good with a nice... crispy battered coating, the French fries were dripping grease. Outstanding customer service! There was a mistake with my order via phone and manager was quick to apologize and fix the issue... and give me a refund and replace with the correct order , what would be otherwise a frustrating situation got resolved with nofuss. This is what I call excellent service and of course food was excellent as well. Highly recommended! Read more
Love this place very friendly, clean, and the food it?s amazing. The cheesy garlic bread is to die for it?s so good.
Service is absolute garbage if you are not a regular. Please don?t put on the website to specifically come in through the side... door to pick up online orders if all three servers and the manager will watch you walk in, stand there for five minutes, and notask if you?ve been helped because you?re busy on a personal phone call or chatting with a regular at the bar. There isn?t adesignated table to walk up to mention being present to pick up orders, yet no one wants to help you when you walk in throughthe door that doesn?t have a host. Read more
Eli?s does the job! Went for a day hike today and we were starving to stop somewhere promising for dinner. Our local described... Eli?s to us as ?when you?re hungry and want something that you know will satisfy you, Eli?s always the answer?. Guac and chipswere good. Drinks were good. Our meals were good. Staff was nice! Vibe was chill and a cool bar! Recommendations to make 5star: -not scooped guacamole (maybe smoothing it in the bowl so it looks less mass produced) -chickpeas were VERY spicy. Buthey, the menu did in fact say spicy! So this isn?t the restaurant?s fault. I couldn?t finish the chick peas but I?m more of amild spice girl. I should have known- if you like spice I?m sure you?d love it! -drinks were okay but could be much improvedwith fresh juices rather than syrup flavors. Overall, great place!! We had my daughters 1st birthday in their downstairs event space and it was a great time! We have a large family and with a... February birthday we knew we couldn't host her birthday in our small home! So we opted for a bunch style at Eli's and wecouldn't be happier! Food was good and the drinks were better lol but even more than that they let me have a small section for atoddler play area and a dedicated table for coloring so the kids had something to do! It was nice to have a great event and nothave to worry about a thing! The staff was friend and helpful! I had a bridal shower here for my sister like 6 years ago and itwas nice to see the service and atmosphere was just as nice today as it was all those years ago! Read more
Stopped in for drinks and appetizers. Good food and mixed drinks and atmosphere was nice with a lot of traffic and a wall above... of tvs and lots of beers on tap as seen in pic. Recommended Read more
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Overall, food was good. We had the spinach artichoke dip appetizer...great flavor. The... impossible burger with fries was good as well. The crispy chicken BLT, in my opinion, could use some spice in the breading or inthe chicken breast. The chicken (and breading) were very bland and really had zero flavor...other than the chicken itself. Could be a great sandwich with some added spices on the crispy chicken. Read more
