Run of the mill IHOP. It wasn't an awful experience. There were few people & fewer staff. We had to actually search for a server... but we did get there about an hour before closing so that probably didn't help. Once we were seated our waitress took our orderspromptly and was ultra kind and attentive and made sure we knew which drinks had free refills before we even asked. The foodcame out quickly and was done properly, but was not what I would consider top notch for this establishment. The kids did enjoytheir meals thoroughly, so for that it's not a loss. The bathrooms had a funny smell, almost like sulfur? Idk, it wasn't great,but definitely not the worst I've encountered. For a quick breakfast for dinner stop it'll do, but not a place I would regularlyvisit. I really only gave 4 stars because of our waitress, otherwise it'd be a struggling 3. Read more
It was awful!!! Walked in to place a to go order. Woman at register and some manager took my money and continued to have a... conversation about internal change making? Never even engaged me in even saying good morning!!!! I felt as if I was botheringthem??? This place is horrible!!!! Don?t go there!!!!! Read more

Ordered a delivery order and the workers ended up putting the icing on the pancakes instead of on the side like any person with... common sense would for a delivery order. My pancake came all dry and my hash browns were burnt. I asked for crispy. Not burnt.Idiots! Read more
really not all that good. mold was on the ceilings and floors, as well as trash and stains. quite unsanitary and downright... gross. our waiter reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. but she was nice as well as the other girl that served us. our youngestboy and oldest daughter ordered the minion pancakes. they are banana flavored pancakes with banana pieces, eggs, bacon and asausage. they said it was wayyy to sweet and really really gross. neither of them finished their food. i ordered the blueberryfrench toast and was good, but most of the blueberries were smashed or wrinkly. french toast was good, syrup was watery andnasty. we also got an avocado toast that was the worst toast I have really ever had. it was just bread with randomly slicedavocado slices and pieces of tomato. no seasoning, bread wasn?t even toasted. and one nasty square of hash brown. we will notbe returning. Staff was quick and attentive, large groups and kids did slow them down, but didn't feel forgotten. Radio is, or at time of... visit, was on a set playlist. While music choices were clean, family friendly and good, easily noticing I heard the same song 4times over the course of my hour visit was unsettling. Really careful COVID procedures. They are only filling the restaurant at about 20% capacity (or less), even asking people to... wait outside and risking lost business due to wait times to make sure there is plenty of space between parties and each table.Of course, they also have delicious pancakes and great deals. Decent food. Standard IHOP. Not gonna blow your socks off but if you're starving it's a convenient stop. Just had the regular... buttermilk pancakes and side of bacon. Server was very nice and food came fast. Read more
