The service & food was extremely good. It also was extremely expensive & not quite that good. I would recommend them if you have... a dollar to lose. They had a tip jar & that's something I like to do, working in the service industry, I feel that gesture.19.95 for a burrito & corn chips with a drink that is table service prices for a fast food atmosphere. I did notice a coupleother things that impressed me; like how a review complained about a barrier & they had installed one. The food makers were alsodefensive about the atmosphere & very calmly, politely, unoffending asked some young boys around my daughters age who had camein & got free water cups&were drinking soda, playing on their phones & talking loud&proud about using drugs & abusing women towrap up what they're doing & get out. If she approached them the wrong way they may have started trouble & I thought she wastrained very well in the situation & how to handle it to keep a safe environment. Read more
I've only had Moe's twice but honestly it's on par with Chipotle for me. You do seem to get more food here, but it doesn't taste... as great/nostalgic as Chipotle. Read more
I knew it was going to be a gamble eating here when the first thing I saw was no protective barrier behind the counter. Every... pathogen and particle that enters the front doors can easily get into the food. Proteins looked severely dried out. I saw steamcoming out between two of the 6 pans and understood why. For those that don't know, steam does heat up food (and should only doso on a very short-term basis), and it also can dehydrate food by the molecules vibrating until they evaporates from theheat. Food also looked like it was made many hours ago. Tacos are definitely overpriced. Rice bowl with spicy chicken only havea flavor profile because of the jalapeños. Located in the Hamden Plaza off RT 15, exit 60. I probably will never return, butmaybe you'll have a better experience if you're willing to risk it. Read more
Enter at your own risk. I order three tacos (kid) and ended up paying $13 for an apple juice and three soft tacos for my son.... Staff were not professional. Everyone had tension towards each other and no one could tell me what a kids meal included. I?mnever going back. Read more
Food was great...Fresh. Dining room was a little dirty. Tables could have been wiped a little better. I understand the food... industry is under staffed, so this is to be expected. With all that said, I will return. Read more
customer service experience was horrible from the very beginning and I didn't even set foot in a restaurant I made a mobile... order to my house and I received my order all completely wrong I pursued to reach out to them and their number was not even inservice. days later it finally worked reached out to the manager multiple times with this back and forth about my refund that Inever received. Now I have to continue wasting my time and I'll call my bank to dispute discharge because people can't simplyjust do their job correctly or maybe they just don't care I ordered a steak potato bowl with extra steak and I received littlebits and pieces of steak no potatoes and a bonus rice how wonderful. I would stay away from this restaurant till there is bettermanagement and they have a better train crew. Read more
