Food took an extremely long time and it wasn't busy. Coffee was cold then urns ran out. Not checked. Staff are very nice though!

Came in today to treat myself to a nice day out. The panera where I live has gone down hill but this one was great! The employee... who took my order was extremely pleasant to talk to. I have some mental disorders that can make me a little strange to dealwith, but he made ordering very upbeat and happy. I am easily overwhelmed and distracted but I was able to tell him exactly whatI wanted easily because he took the time to make sure he had my attention. My food was absolutely amazing. I almost always getthe same thing, and it may have been even better here than any other panera! Read more

This Panera Bread is going to be hard to compete with. The facility is very clean. The staff is very courteous and kind... toward their patrons. The ambiance is very warm and pleasant. Very tranquil and serene in this eating facility. Good show.Cheers! Read more
Bad customer service. The store hours clearly stated the time the store closes, but the staff stated that they were closed (it... was 20 minutes prior to the closing time posted at the door 9pm). When asked why the door is still open, and since I was insidethe store I should have been served, the response was no. Simply unprofessional and rude. Read more
