3 people working and the young lady serving me was terribly rude to me. The 3 of them were gossiping away as if I didn?t exist.... When I said 3 bowls, she actually rolled her eyes at me. 3 bowls. $54.70, I got home grabbed the bag and the bottom burst openand all 3 bowls on the pavement. Looking at the bag, seems that they didn?t close one of the containers property and it leakedeverywhere. Checked my car, yup? sauce everywhere. I work in the area and have going here for a few years now. Food is great, but portions have been inconsistent. They have been... getting smaller and smaller. Also, staff is inconsistent and theres new people all the time that stumble through the line. Otherthan that food is delicious. Read more

The flavor profile in the Hawaiian Pokemoto bowl is phenomenal. It came with brown rice, wild caught ahi tuna, sweet onions,... hijiki seaweed, green onions, spicy mayo, and topped with black caviar tobiko. Keeping with the Hawaiian theme I also purchasedthree types of Hawaiian Sun to drink. They're all very flavorful. The restaurant is located in the Hamden Plaza (Rt15, exit 60)near Party City. I will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu. I recommend everyone who wants to try Hawaiiancuisine to stop by for great food, friendly staff, and a clean restaurant. Read more
Customer Service: Walked in, 3 people where behind the counter. One said Hi & then all three went to the back and talked. The... touch screen menu didn?t work, had to wait for one of them to make eye contact. The Food: The bowls are probably what everyonegoes for but I wanted Moe?s (next door) but wanted to see what they offered. I got the chicken nuggets. I knew when the chickenwas just sitting under a warming light it wasn?t going to be the best. The food LOOKED GOOD. However that chicken didn?t tastegood at all. No thanks. Was very disappointed with the bowls ordered last night through Ubereats. Ordered the three protein hawaiian bowl, and both came... half empty. I've ordered from Pokemoto at least half a dozen times before and never got anything this small. Also, this bowl wasmuch spicier than any of the ones I had ordered previously. They definitely have some QC issues at this shop. Still tasty (onceI could stop my mouth from feeling like it was on fire), but I won't be ordering again. Read more
