this is a review addressed to the owner/manager of this location. one of the servers - Tamiya needs additional training. Does... not understand the concept of "toasted" - puts the sandwich in the machine for literally I counted - 5 secs. Does not let themachine finish. Does not also believe in adding appropriate veggies. In a customer facing job, at least pretend to listen to thecustomer for their sandwich requests. Mam, its not you paying for the sandwich, its the customer. Please make sure she gets theadditional training she needs. Read more
I am a superfan of the Subway Club --with roast beef, thank you VERY much-- and the Subways in Texas have discontinued carrying... roast beef, thus I stopped eating at Subway. But count on Connecticut Subways continuing to carry RB and I'm glad to say theSubway Club is as good as it ever was! Great costumer service. Subway is an American privately held fast food restaurant franchise that primarily sells submarine... sandwiches (subs) and salads. The staff here in Hamden Plaza is always friendly. The place is clean. The bedroom is also clean.They have few tables and the location is very conviniente for the local shopper. The parking are is large and I highly recommendthis place. ????? Read more
