Had a gift card so we went here for dinner. We?ve been plenty of times before and it was always good but this time it was just... okay. It wasn?t busy at all but they seem to be very understaffed. Our waitress was the only one in the section and service wasvery slow ( not her fault, she was great ) It took a while for us to be served when we first arrived and it took at least twentyminutes for my parents to get their dessert at the end of our visit. The menu showed that the steak my dad ordered was supposedto have a whisky glaze, it didn?t. It was plain, no glaze on it like stated. I had a steak as well which was supposed to haveparmesan butter and it was again, plain. The menu also said the broccoli was supposed to have lemon butter and yet, nothing wason it. The steak was good and cooked correctly but probably would've been better with the flavoring that was supposed to be onit. I just think that if your menu says something is supposed to be on it and you order said thing that you should get saidthing. Why put something on the menu that you won?t have? Probably won?t be back for a while. Read more
Horrible service I will never go again , sat down for 15 min waiting for a waiter at the bar. Was only Acknowledge once when we... first Sat down she asked what can she get us to drink we told her we are looking over the menu to then Realize we have beenwaiting for 15 minutes ! So upsetting ! Terrible experience! wasted $60! First when we arrived, we waited 20 mins to be seated (it was not busy at all) finally a man... came to sit us, we then waited another 15 to even get are orders in. Are waiter coming to our table and said, "what do you want"My surprised faced said it all and she quickly changed and then introduced herself. Our appetizer being the classic Friday'scombo, the potato skins were so oily, and you can tell it was old oil, The mozzarella sticks were no better, and the bonelesswings were so hard. My bf ordered the whiskey glazed chicken, The bread itself was oily and not fresh at all, the chicken washard and burnt, and it did not have onion's and didn't have the whiskey glaze on it, and how you mess up fries!? I ordered thecheeseburger and onions rings. My burger did not have any lettuce or tomato, my burger was beyond well done. My onions ringswere rock hard! Not once did are waiter come by and ask how everything was okay (not busy) to continue we had to flag are waiterfor are check and we waited about 15-20 mins for her to come back with are card. Me and my husband decided to go to Friday's for Tuesday wing night. When we first walked in we sat out front waiting for almost... a half hour for a host to arrive come to find out there wasn't a host for that night. Once we were finally seated we didn't evenget menus or gotten welcomed and greeted ask for anything to drink we sat at the booth for another half an hour staff walking byus multiple times no one asked us if they wanted to take our order or anything so we just got up and left very disappointed!!Poor customer service!! Very short of staff at this location took a long time to receive our food had one person taking care of multiple people as they... entered the restaurant feeding them taking drink orders taking meal orders who was also the bartender and server while themanager on duty just basically watched thumbs down to that he should have been in there to help him since they were soshort-staffed had to get up to get my own drinks and appetizers so very sorry for the server who was great at doing everythingas only one person on the floor big thumbs up to him. I thought about contacting their corporate office to inform them of thesituation at this location I was very shocked and surprised I'm sure I will not return back to that restaurant in that townagain however the food was very good Read more

I feel bad giving this review because I had a good experienced before. So I would say don't order when crowded!!! I've visited... this place on the weekend and it was pretty good my family was pleased with the food. I went back on a Wednesday and it waspretty crowded, I ordered food to go for family again and they told me 20 minutes wait. I ended up waiting 45-50 minutes for myfood. I ordered 5 dishes, 3 out 5 were messed up. My loaded burger literally had no patty in side is was pure lettuce check myphoto below. There was literally no Alfredo sauce Chicken and Broccoli Tortellini it was literally dry. I made this same orderjust 3 days prior and it was perfect. Now I had to drive 15 minutes back to the restaurant to return the food and thereplacement order was just as bad, so I ended up not eating the food. The replacement order was: 1) Burger and Fries wereliterally burnt 2)The Chicken and Broccoli tasted like pure excess lime was squeezed into. At this point I was the only perosnin the restaurant so no there was no need to mess up my order. Plus they added bacon when I said no bacon.
