Absolutely delicious fried sushi rolls. My gf and I shared a yum yum roll and taste of fire roll for about $20. Best sushi for... the money I've ever had. Read more

Absolutely love this place. They have great food and it?s ready in about 15 minutes. Wish there was more of a place to sit down... and eat but they do have a small picnic table Read more

My family was on a road trip and found this tiny Japanese food truck near our hotel The hibachi and sushi were excellent and... very affordable. The staff was friendly as well. If we lived closer I would eat there all the time! Read more

Inori special was excellent. Good amount of rice, vegetables, steak, chicken and shrimp plus the chef cooked the steak exactly... how I ordered. Highly recommended. Read more

Finding a bit of culture in the middle of the country like Hamilton Alabama is not a very easy thing although there are becoming... many more Asian type restaurants and things to eat out there. This is one place that I will go back even though mostly what theyhave is the rolls. If you're used to sushi this is more of a meal than it is just regular sushi. There's a lot of rice aroundthe portion and they generously sauce it up so that you won't be adding much to it except for the ginger that they also supplyfor the side. I attached some menu shots and a picture of the facility it's definitely only take out and the people who run itare very nice. Yes in my opinion the sushi does taste very good and it's fresh and there was no soba noodles when I was goingto order something to eat but on that note I am glad that I'm not eating at an oriental restaurant or take out where the foodhas been sitting around so long it may not even be any good. I had the yum yum roll and the dragon roll which is spicy and thenalso a roll I forgot the name of that has eel in it and slices of avocado around the outside. All three were good but I didprefer the eel over the hot roll and the yum yum. I think it was just the spices that were on it that made it more savory andnot just regular sauce it had a distinctly vibrant and fresh tasting appeal to me. All three are generously coated with ricefor a roll and the proportion of the meat inside was not over showered by the rice but it was definitely more rice it was alarger roll than normal if you're used to sushi rolls. If you're trying to find the place it's a small red structure in theplaza off the street so if you're looking for it as you drive down the road you're not going to see it you have to actually gointo a small plaza and you'll see it just on the north side of the parking lot. This used to be my favorite go to place for Japanese food. It was always very good and filling but something changed. About a... year ago I placed an order. They were out of the dish I wanted. No problem really, it's understandable, it happens. About amonth later I placed an order for the same item and they had it. Awesome. Waited the usual 20 minutes or so then went to pick itup. It was not ready. In addition, there are several people standing around the pickup window for quiet a long time drinkingbeer and generally being in the way of other people picking up their orders. I continued to wait in total for about an hour formy food which still was not ready so I proceeded to leave and order from another restaurant down the street. Good thing I hadnot paid for the food yet. I originally placed my order around 6pm. About 8:30pm they called and told me my order was ready. Ithink that was totally unacceptable. I told them sorry, I was tired of waiting and went somewhere else. Fast forward 1 year, Idecided to give them a break and place an order. Guess what? We don't have that sir. Then why is it still on the menu? Needlessto say, I went to another and newer Japanese establishment and they had my order ready in less than 15 minutes plus a lot morefood than Inori would have given me. It has been 3 strikes with Inori and I do not think I will be giving them the benefit ofthe doubt again. Also, good luck getting them on the phone when you call in an order. They really need to hire someone just totake orders and payments. It's ridiculous. What a shame they have went down hill since opening. I will be taking my businesselsewhere because we do have other nearby options with the same type food and actually better. I really don't like giving placesa bad rap. I hope your experience is better but I am telling the honest and truthful experience I had with them. If they wouldjust hire one single person to help in the front I think they could alleviate a lot of their proble Read more
