They can't even get your order right. The food is cold when you get it. They are rude when you tell them your order is wrong . I... ordered the bacon king and got one hamburger patty. They didn't care and wouldn't fix it they said we will take your name downand you can come back and get a new one but they didn't even ask a name or get any information from me. Read more
Ordered two single whoppers add cheese no onion no tomato and a double cheese whopper add bacon no onion no tomato. Received... two single whoppers no cheese with the works plus onion tomato and another single whopper no cheese with everything includingonion and tomato. I live 10 miles away. I called and explained the issues. They said comeback will remake it. My son alreadystarted on the singles so I said just fix the double whopper WITH CHEESE no onion no tomato. I came back. Got the sandwich theyrepeated it back what it was. Get home and again no cheese. The first time I originally picked up my order staff were audiblycussing in the background. Short staffed. I let that go because I just wanted my food but this was one of the worstexperiences ever! Read more

But there are countless flies here in the restaurant what is completely unhealthy, unwanted andannoying. Had an extremely judgmental rude little man Skoff at us when we came up to the window. We waited for a few minutes just to have... the same dude at the other window and then when we got the food the burger was wrong and the chicken fries were so hard I brokeit against the wall. The person with me also asked for a coffee and then the guy immediately responded that we?re out of thatkind? Absolutely disgusting! Floors are sticky. debris and garbage all over. Some type of spill under soda machine that has been there... for weeks. Flies everywhere tells you just how clean this place is. Drive thru is gross too, with splattered sauce all over theground at the pickup window! This place has not been properly cleaned in a long time! Read more
The place is very dirty. I came just after 12 and most of the tables needed wiped down. The kids room was pretty much... disgusting. The platforms just leading up to the slide is filthy. The sign on the door says that the playroom has beensanitized. It needs to come down if that's not the truth. I understand everybody is short-staffed these days, if that's thecase then the playroom needs to be closed. Read more
