Went through the drive through today (10/28/22) around 8 am to grab breakfast. There was a bit of a wait...that was NOT the bad... part. When we got up to the window the younger girl (dark hair with pig tails) tried to give us our drinks...the older lady(**Name withheld **) (with the head piece on taking orders) yelled at the young girl that she wasn't picking the drinks up fromthe right side...that all the drinks were there...that the younger girl was doing it wrong. The younger girl walked away aftergetting the drinks corrected and older lady loudy grouched "Now she's gonna walk off" My problem isn't with the drink mistake.It is with the older lady's behavior. It was offensive and down right unnecessary...and the window was open the entire time forcustomers to hear. Read more
This place never gets my order correct, there is always a mistake so we have to go back. It is ran by a bunch of children with... attitude problems and no regard to respect. Definitely will not be stopping at this one anymore Read more
Completely messed up my order and then said we're closed right when I came up to the window to ask if they could give me the... right stuff. Would've given lower rating if possible. Employees (under 18 (only know cause I know one of them personally) vapingand smoking outside right after they "closed" and were having a great time. Would not suggest ever going to. No one cleaned. This used to be a great running McDonald's and I cannot say that anymore. Drive thru closed at 6pm but yet store employees are... all standing outside laughing and smoking. Hours make no sense and it seems as if they close when they decide to. It seemslikesince it is under new ownership the customer service you once got here is gone. Read more
Honestly this place seems to never be open anymore, they never have both drive thoughs open so you are there forever,... considering they take so long, the food should be fresh right? Nope lobby never open. Maybe it's time to close and havesomething more exciting to eat and work at. Read more
Have to use the kiosk, so the kids behind the counter can play a little longer before having to take my $22. Had to ask about... our order (just 3 meals), because our number disappeared off the serving screen and people that came in after us were gettingtheir orders. The worst thing was the hundreds of flies (not exaggerated) in the dining room that made us take our meals out tothe car to eat...where we observed more playing around through the window. Obviously no Manager on that shift. Pretty sure thestate would have closed it due to all of the flies....it was GROSS!!! Should have taken pictures... Read more
We?ve all been to plenty of McDonalds but this one hits different. My brother and I went for breakfast this morning (9/3/22) and... had a wonderful time. We had to wait a little but our food was delicious (by McDonald?s standards). While we waited we had awonderful conversation with the employee there and she informed us that the truck in front of us had paid for our meal. Thevibes were immaculate. After a nice chat we pulled forward and we were greeted by another friendly face who accommodated ourspecial requests. I?d come back to Darby just to revisit this location. Read more
