We've ordered the same pizza here numerous times and it's always been great. However, the latest order was so greasy each slice... fell apart as we picked it up. We weren't able to finish more than a slice each before feeling ill due to how saturated it was.We contacted the store and initially they were understanding and told us to come back the following day for a refund. We did soand the manager heckled us saying that we'd better not make the same order again. Even though I'm not usually one to leavenegative reviews, and while we did get our refund, the interaction was offputting to say the least. Will go to Higherground orsome other local restaurant next time considering the prices are similar anyway. Read more
If you're looking for a quick bite it's okay. It amazes me how little ingredients are actually on the dough.
Walked in, ( late afternoon on a Friday) ordered a pizza to go and had it within the 15 minute time frame I was given. I didn't... see any wait staff, just the cashier who waited on the only table that was occupied. There were several pick up orders beingpicked up while I was there. We ordered pizza last night. I called for delivery because I was working on a project on my house but was told they wouldn?t... deliver where I live because it was too far. I frequently see their competitors deliver past my house. I decided to order topick up in the store, so I ordered (with a lady at the Hamilton store, not the corporate office). When my wife showed up to pickit up they could not find the order and told her I probably ordered at a different Pizza Hut. She ordered again at the windowand sat in the waiting room. When it was time to go in and pick up pizza, they lost her order, AGAIN. The woman proceeded toplace blame asking what color hat the guy that took the order had on, making it seem like she doesn?t believe my wife. Then thewoman asked what kind of pizza was ordered and went back and found some. To make matters worse the lid for the wings wasmissing. I highly recommend against Pizza Hut, and I will never eat here again considering there was blame placing and no creditof any sort for making my wife spend an hour on something that should have taken 20 minutes.
