I was seriously disappointed when the Hamilton, MT restaurant would not sell me a "Quesarita" (sp?) ONLY because I could not... order it through the app. They insisted that the only way to purchase one was through their app. I asked the order taker "Soyou could make me one if I order it through the app, but not if I order here at the microphone?" to which she replied "yes." This makes no sense AT ALL. On some level I think I felt discrimination. I am not over-fond of technology and I don't likeordering through apps. The one time I tried it, it took 25 minutes to place an order that should have been able to be placed in2 minutes with a person. I guess I'm not valued enough as a customer to be allowed to purchase the Almighty Quesarita unless,of course, I do it using only the method specified by Taco Bell. Personally have never experienced an issue negatively here. Sure, mistakes are made and lines get long or products are out... sometimes, but the staff are always very communicative and kind. Familiar faces are always there because good staff stay! Showshigher up must be good as well. Read more

We?ve been traveling the country for over 2 weeks, going to 10+ states. And this is the BEST SERVICE we?ve received. Forget best... service at a Taco Bell or drive thru. This is the best service hands down we?ve gotten beating out places where we had waitstaff. They were clean, fast, and friendly. Nothing better. Read more
This was by far the nicest, cleanest, friendliest Taco Bell I've ever been in. The decor was beyond nice for a fast food joint.... Down right swanky.????????After snow boarding all day the tacos hit the spot with our group and the guy Thayne who waited on uswas top notch. So helpful. When he wasn't take peoples orders, I saw him cleaning and talking to customers to see if the neededanything. Wow that employee set the bar for other fast food employees.???????????????? Read more
