My name is Emily and i work at Subway right next door. While on break outside i heard whoever was on duty for drive through... orders, yell ?I JUST TOLD YOU WE HAVE NO SESAME BAGELS, HAVE YOU LISTENED TO ANYTHING IVE SAID? NO OKAY- JUST PULL UP? . A carfull of girls pulled up and their jaws were to the floor. Although i work at Subway and have no business with Dunkin, i stillfelt the need to apologize to them. That?s when they told me every week they come by they are always treated nasty. I thought itwas absolutely horrendous to hear one human talk to another human being that way and if it were me on the other end i would nothave been as cool as they were about it. Went on a Sunday to get breakfast with the homies and we were informed that they had absolutely no bread ie. beagles, English... muffins, ect. After waiting in the drive through line for 30 minutes we were informed of this on the Intercom. Had we known thisbefore hand we would have went somewhere else. This is completely unprofessional and at the least a sign should have been putout to inform other customers of the ongoing issue. Read more
Always out of a variety of donuts/drinks everytime i order. Gotten to the point where I say," just tell me what donuts you have... left" because my 4 choices are gone by 7:30am. This happens multiple times a week. This morning they were out of eggs and wantedto give me a bacon,egg,cheese wrap with no egg at full price. Going to have to stop elsewhere because there's nothing convienetabout stopping here. Read more
Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, which isn't the first time, but will be my last!!! I get being busy! But then to be... told they aren't taking food orders!!!!! Then what are you doing!!! Either need more staff or better management Read more
Hate the new look. In a place so close to a college you don't do away with tables and space. My biggest complaint is the young... lady who was waiting on customers in the front of the house. Completely rude and nasty. Needs to be taken care of immediately.From now on I will be going to Oneida instead. Read more
i drink dunkin coffee everyday, my main concerne is the cleansliness of this establishment . i get coffee usually in canastota... and onieda and hamilton , i find i get a very noticible different taste in each coffee , on the norm Hamilton tastes like it wasmade the night before , bitter , nasty after taste . i get coffee in early morning from 5 am to 6 am you would think it would bepretty fresh , but it does have a nasty after taste . also most of the time doughnuts are not done nor are they fresh , thedoughnuts ive gotten are hard and dry . if you are desperate for a quick cup then this is your place but if you want freshstewarts out side of town is a better choice . It?s a decent Dunkin?. Friendly staff and very helpful. They have items on the menu they don?t have the ingredients for but... that?s more of a supply chain issue and it is what is it these days. They offered some alternatives. I wouldn?t say this is theplace to go for fast service but it?s a small town so that?s usually the case with things moving slower. Read more
Everyone who worked there was nice, but I ordered a hot coffee with toasted white chocolate and was given a hot chocolate... instead. I didn't notice until I was too far past it to turn around and go back. Very disappointed. Read more
