Service seems to be slower than other locations as well as the orders are usually mixed up or missing something.
Very rude and bossy staff. Unsanitary place, could tell they haven't done a thorough cleaning in years. Disgusting.
Younger people don't seem overly welcome even when they are being respectful and polite.
Renovations have made the lobby smaller than it was before 2019. Food quality is still good if you come during peak hours. Off... hours will still carry the risk of getting food that has been holding for too long and thus dry and not as hot as it should be. Read more

I do not understand , why is it everytime i go through the drive thru they always pull me up to the third window ? the other... morning i ordered 2 sausage burritos a sausage mcmuffin , and 2 hashbrowns simple order , i paid and was told to pull up to the3rd window . so i did it was 635am when i got to the first window to pay , i waited at the third window till 645am nothing so iwalked in and saw the employees standing there talking and two were on their cell phones , the one quickly grabbed the bad thatwas on the counter and handed it to me ! im disgusted with this place , they are all $15.00 an hour incompantant. thanks butwill not be back . Not very busy and still couldn't get an order right. Had to listen to my daughter cry because she had to eat dry chicken nuggets... (they forgot the sauce) and didn't get her apple slices. What a joke, how hard is their job?? Read more
