I really, really want to like this place, but it's not what it once was. Pizza was ok, but a Supreme large is now called a... "special" and is $28. We thus had pepperoni and mushroom for 21.95, which is doable nowadays. (Note, last time I asked for halfpepperoni/half mushroom and I got hit with the "special" upcharge. OK, now the wings.....the hot wings were brown (not red orpink from hot sauce) and weren't even a mild. The honey mustard looked as if they were dumped in the Styrofoam plain and alittle sauce drizzled over half of them, with half of them having no sauce at all. Not angry, and really want to keep coming, asI used to bring my kids here. But service here has sharply declined, and will probably just go someplace else for pizza from nowon until I see five star reviews regularly with details saying why. Read more
Long wait on pizza. Undercooked crust. For new customer they do not tell or say anything..you best ask questions. Pizza flavor... was good. Best thing is to call pizza order in if you want their pizza. May still take time, they have a lot of call inbusiness. Read more
We visited this place before and had subs that were amazing! We decided to make the hour long trip to go back tonight and try... their pizza and wings. The girl behind the counter seemed new and was not very confident when answering questions. Their menulists a 'spicy sauce' and when we asked about it another lady (colored highlights in her hair) in the kitchen said it was themarinara sauce. Not sure how a marinara sauce can be consider spicy or why it would be listed as a separate topping butwhatever. The pizza was good but when we got the wings some spots on them were ice cold and the meat was nearly mush. When Iasked for a refund they did give it to me but defended the wings saying they air fry them to make them soft. Then as we wereleaving the gentlemen who gave me the refund was saying goodbye and have a nice night (typical good customer service) when thelady in the kitchen told him "Don't tell them that". For that reason alone we will never be returning to this place and I highlyadvise against anyone else going. Read more
Service staff was attentive and fast. Unfortunately on our visit the kid making pizza was new burnt our pizzas and it took over... an hour to get our food. The atmosphere needs to change I think lack of management and training is to blame not the staff. Foodwas good. A little heavy on sauce with wings other then that everything was good. I would give them a second chance. Read more
